Featuring Old Town Gray walls, Cool White gable trim, a Steel Gray roof and base trim and 4’ of Steel Gray wainscoting, the attractive, modern metal building is now in use as a shop. It has 15’ red iron interior columns and a high-performance insulation package that keeps interior temperatures warm during the winter and cool during the summer.
The roof of the metal shop contains an R-30 Energy Saver insulation system, while the building’s walls house R-25 insulation with Energy Saver fabric adhered to it. The metal shop also has 12” eave extensions that extend beyond the roof on all four sides and gutters and downspouts that stop moisture from collecting on top of the building or near its foundation.
Highly customized and heavily insulated, this steel shop is a safe, all-season space for the owner to work, store assets or otherwise use as he sees fit.
