Low-maintenance and easy to erect, the building now functions as a shop and features high-end steel construction. When raised, the metal shop building is 30’x50’x14’6”/19’6” and has a wide clear span that eliminates the need for interior columns or supports, maximizing usable floor space.

Overhead, a painted single-slope roof with a 2:12 pitch offers steady protection from the Colorado elements, and (2) framed door openings let building users, vehicles, and supplies inside. The shop has (1) 12’x14’ framed opening that will house an overhead door and (1) 3’x7’ opening for a walk door.

Engineered with the sometimes-heavy snowfall and variable climate conditions of the Oak Creek area in mind, this steel shop also features a high, 81-psf roof snow load and a 115-mph wind rating.
