Metal Buildings in Conroe, Texas

Metal Building Outlet delivered this trio of pre-engineered metal buildings in Conroe, Texas, in April of 2022.

Now serving as shops, the attractive, highly customized buildings feature Light Stone paint, Cool White trim, and high-quality steel construction. All (3) have clear spans that maximize usable floor space by eliminating the need for interior trusses or supports, and they also have single-slope roofs overhead, although their roof pitches differ.

The first steel shop, Building A, stands 45’x70’x14’/20’9” and has a Cool White roof with a 1.8:12 pitch, while the second structure, Building B, stands 7’x70’x14’9”/15’11” and has a Cool White roof with a 2:12 pitch. The third building supplied, Building C, is 10’x70’x10’10”/17’6” and has a Cool White roof with a 1:12 pitch.

All (3) metal shop buildings feature Cool White wainscoting that matches their architectural trim and roofs, enhancing property aesthetics. They also have 2’ eave extensions, which create additional covered outdoor space. There are also (9) 3070 framed door openings enclosing (9) 3070 insulated steel walk doors distributed among the (3) buildings.

The steel buildings also have 3.5-PSF snow loads and 125-mph wind ratings in line with local building and engineering code requirements.
