Metal Building in Vail, Arizona

Metal Building Outlet sourced this prefabricated metal building in Vail, Arizona, in late June of 2022.

Rugged, easy to raise and highly customized, the White metal building with matching trim now functions as a garage and has a second-story, 24’x28’ mezzanine with a 3’x8’ cutout for stairs. The metal garage, itself, stands an expansive 24’x24’x20’ once erect and has a wide clear span and high ceilings that leave plenty of room for storing vehicles.

Overhead, the metal garage has a hardwearing, corrosion-resistant Galvalume gable roof with a 4:12 pitch, and (13) framed door and window openings let building users, vehicles and natural light inside. Distributed throughout the metal building are (8) 3’x4’ windows, (3) 3’x3’ windows, (1) 3’4”x7’2” opening for a walk door and (1) 16’x8’ overhead door opening.

Fabricated to comply with the building and engineering codes in place at the property address, the steel garage also features a wind speed rating of 115 mph.
