Now in use as a personal shop, the durable, low-maintenance steel building is 40’x80’x18’ in size and arrived partially assembled at the build site, streamlining the construction process. Overhead, a gable roof with a modest 2:12 pitch offers protection from the Colorado elements.
The steel shop building has (7) framed door openings offering access inside, among them (1) 6’4”x7’2” opening and (2) 3070 openings holding (2) 3070 20-gauge insulated commercial walk doors with lever locks. Also included are (2) 8’x8’ overhead door openings and (2) 12’x14’ overhead door openings.
The metal shop offers superior structural integrity and complies with all local building and engineering codes, featuring a 115-mph wind speed rating and a 40-psf roof snow load.
