Rugged, long-lasting and insulated to enhance energy-efficiency, the metal building currently functions as a storage building. Offering unmatched strength and durability, it has a clear span design and provides reliable protection for assets stored inside.

Overhead, the steel storage building has a painted steel gable roof with a mild 3:12 pitch, and (8) framed door and window openings are additional customizations. Found throughout the metal storage building are (2) 10’2”x10’ openings enclosing (2) insulated steel sectional overhead doors and (2) 3’x7’ walk door openings. Also included are (4) 2500 Series 4030 white thermal insulated slider windows.

In the roof and walls, the steel storage building boasts 4” of WMP-VRR-faced insulation, which reduces condensation while keeping energy bills low and building users comfortable, regardless of outside temperatures or time of year. The metal storage building also has several climate-related accommodations, including gutters, downspouts, a 60-psf snow load and a 115-mph wind speed rating.
