Metal Building Outlet was the provider of this pre-engineered metal building in Simi Valley, California in late January of 2021.

Economical, attractive and structurally sound, the building offers unparalleled strength and durability and features a painted exterior that draws the eye from the road. Comprised of heavy-duty steel parts, the metal building now functions as a shop, and when raised, it is 40’x60’x18’ in size.

The metal shop has a clear span design that eliminates the need for interior trusses or columns, creating more usable floor space, and overhead, it sports a robust, corrosion-resistant Galvalume gable roof with a slight 2:12 pitch. There are (3) framed openings granting access inside the steel shop, among them (1) 12’x12’ overhead door opening and (2) 3070 walk door framed openings.

A 110-mph wind speed rating serves as an additional feature; an inclusion made with respect for the climate characteristics and building codes in place in the Simi Valley area.
