It has an open, clear span design that eliminates the need for any interior columns or trusses, and overhead, a durable, corrosion-resistant Galvalume steel single-slope roof offers reliable protection from the elements.

The steel shop has a number of customizations including sidewall columns raised above its finished floor, and it also features a 4’ stem wall. Gutters and downspouts are additional features that help prevent condensation from forming, which can otherwise compromise the building’s integrity.

A 115-mph wind speed rating and a 20-pound snow load are additional customizations made in adherence to local building and engineering code requirements.
