Supplied by MBO in late October, 2020, the rugged, economical metal building is in use as a shop. Once raised, the building has a wide open, clear-span design, and overhead, a heavy-duty, corrosion-resistant Galvalume steel roof provides protection from the Michigan elements.

The metal workshop offers superior structural integrity and has (2) framed openings allowing access inside. The building features a required snow load and wind speed rating, which adhere to local building code requirements.

The largest city in Michigan’s Shiawassee County, the city of Owosso borders Owosso Township. Prone to cold winter temperatures and long, snowy winters, the community sits roughly 30 miles west of Flint and about 25 miles outside Lansing.
