Located in the foothills of the rugged and scenic Beartooth Mountains, this pre-engineered metal building undergoes use as a shop, and it offers the strength and durability mountain life demands. It stands 40’x60’x16’ in size and has a wide clear span that maximizes floor space, and it also features high overhead clearance, making for a particularly versatile and spacious environment.
Protecting the interior of the steel shop is a long-lasting, corrosion-resistant Galvalume roof with a 2:12 pitch, and (3) framed openings serve as additional shop features. Now in use as a shop, the building features rugged, reliable steel construction, and once erect, it boasts a finished size of 80’x100’x20’. The shop features a broad clear-span, freeing up more interior space for work or storage, while high ceilings further enhance the building’s overall functionality.
Overhead, a robust, corrosion-resistant Galvalume roof with a 1:12 roof pitch offers protection from the North Carolina elements, and the shop has (1) 3’4”x7’2” door opening for users to enter and exit the space. The steel workshop also features several specifications added in consideration of the area’s typical climate characteristics, among them a 10-pound snow load and a 130-mph wind speed rating.
