Metal Building Outlet sourced this prefabricated metal building for a customer in Fountain Inn, South Carolina, in mid-October of 2017.

Now an economical, highly functional workshop, the building features high-end steel construction, and it stands 60’x120’16’ in size. Rugged, sustainable and built to last, the building boasts a hardwearing, Galvalume metal roof with a 1:12 pitch overhead, which stands strong against the elements while helping prevent corrosion.

Throughout the steel shop are (3) framed openings, and these include (1) 10’x10’ opening enclosing (1) 10’x10’ door and (2) 3070 openings, each enclosing one of (2) 3070 walk doors. A 115-mph wind speed rating and a 10-pound snow load serve as additional project characteristics added with regard for the weather and climate patterns common across Fountain Inn and the surrounding landscape.

Part of the Greenville-Maudlin-Easley Metropolitan Statistical Area, the city of Fountain Inn has land in both Greenville and Laurens counties. It lies about 17 miles southeast of Greenville and about 85 miles northwest of Columbia.
