Durable, long-lasting and bright inside, the building boasts a finished size of 47’x140’x34’. Crafted from top-of-the-line steel components, the building now functions as a shop, while a rugged, corrosion-resistant Galvalume metal roof with a 2:12 pitch provides protection from overhead. Distributed throughout the metal workshop are (4) framed openings, and these include (1) 36’x24’ opening and (6) skylights that maximize natural sunlight, making for a pleasant work environment.

Additional project characteristics include R-10 insulation installed in the roof and a 110-mph wind speed rating, the latter of which was an inclusion made with the strong, seasonal down-slope winds that are common across much of the region in mind. Now used as a workshop, the building stands 30’x50’x12’ in size and features a broad, open clear-span design that boosts its versatility. Crafted from premium-quality steel components, the shop delivers uncompromising strength and durability, holding strong in the face of harsh weather, pests and moisture, among related hazards.

Its rugged, moisture-resistant roof is comprised of heavy-duty Galvalume metal panels and features a 1:12 pitch, and (1) 10’x10’ opening and (1) 3’4”x7’2” serve as additional steel workshop features. Other shop characteristics added with regard for the climate of Anza in mind include a 43-pound snow load and 110-mph wind speed rating. A small community in Southern California’s Riverside County, Anza sits about 13 miles south of Idyllwild and about 35 miles outside Palm Springs.

The wind speed was included to enhance durability with respect to the climate typical of greater Dunnigan. Formerly known as Antelope, Dunnigan is a part of Yolo County. It is situated about 86 miles outside Stockton and about 38 miles from Sacramento.

Overhead, a rugged Galvalume roof with a 1:12 pitch guards against the elements and corrosion, while a high-performance insulation package comprised of R-10 insulation adorns the building’s roof and walls, minimizing energy bills while enhancing comfort for shop users.

Distributed throughout the metal workshop, improving accessibility, are (11) framed openings ranging in size, among them (1) 3’4”x7’2” opening, (2) 14’x14’ openings, (1) 22’x14’ opening, (1) 6’4”x7’2” opening and (4) 3’x8’ openings. Both exceedingly durable and energy efficient, the building boasts saddle tan-colored paint and stands 30’x60’x12’ once fully erect. Its roof is light stone in color, has a 1:12 roof pitch and is made of hardwearing, corrosion-resistant Galvalume metal. Inside the steel building are (6) framed openings, which include (2) 3070 openings holding (2) 3070 steel wind-rated lock doors with lever locks and (4) 4030 windows to maximize the presence of natural sunlight inside.

The building project also includes an insulation package. Installed within the structure’s roof and walls is R-19 metal building insulation, which dramatically reduces energy bills while helping maintain consistent temperatures throughout the year. Finally, the building also features a high wind speed of 160 mph, an inclusion made in consideration of Daphne’s typical weather patterns.

Located in southwestern Alabama’s Baldwin County along the eastern shores of Mobile Bay, Daphne is situated about 21 miles outside Magnolia Springs and 18 miles outside Prichard.

Inside the steel building are a total of (6) framed openings, which include (2) 12’x14’ openings enclosing (2) 12’x14’ Model 2500 roll-coil doors, (2) 10’x10’ openings housing (2) 10’x10’ Model 2500 roll-coil doors and (2) 3070 openings housing (2) 20-gauge knockdown doors with lever locks.

To lower energy costs associated with the building while enhancing overall interior comfort, R-10 metal building insulation is installed in the roof and walls. A wind speed of 115 mph and a snow load of 10 lbs. serve as additional building features, and the additions were made in consideration of the typical climate and weather patterns of the area.

The third-largest city in Arkansas, Fayetteville is a part of Washington County in the northwestern part of the state. It lies about 11 miles outside Tontitown and about 10 miles outside Springdale.
