Crafted from top-of-the-line steel components, the attractive and easy-to-maintain metal structure now serves as a shop. When it fully erect, it offers a finished size of 50’x100’x18’, and overhead, a long-lasting Galvalume roof that resists corrosion and boasts a 4:12 pitch protects the building’s interior and its inhabitants from the elements.

The shop also offers (3) framed openings, among them (1) 3070 opening and (2) 20’x16’ openings, and a 115-mph wind speed rating and a 20-pound snow load serve as additional characteristics added with respect for the variable climate and weather patterns common throughout Ramsey and the surrounding landscape.

Metal Building Outlet supplied this Nucor structure which is a auto shop in Brimfield, Illinois.

The steel building is 40’x60’x14′ with a roof pitch of 1:12. Located about 21 miles away from Peoria the auto shop was outfitted with a number of framed openings including a 3×7 walkdoor, a 12×12 and a 21×20 overhead sectional garage roll up door.  This building was a cost-effective solution for the auto repair business with all of the custom options for doors and lifts in addition to its low maintenance costs.

Steel Building in Morris, Illinois

Metal Building Outlet supplied this prefabricated steel building for a customer in Morris, Illinois, in early May of 2016.

Fox gray in color, the building is crafted from top-of-the-line steel components and is now used as a shop. Its roof is made of durable, corrosion-resistant Galvalume metal and has a 1:12 roof pitch. Distributed throughout the building are (11) framed openings, among them (1) 10’x10’ opening enclosing (1) 10’x10’ overhead sectional door, (2) 14’x10’ openings enclosing (2) 14’x10’ overhead sectional doors, (2) 3070 openings harboring (2) 3070 commercial walk doors and finally, (4) 60”x32” windows. A wind speed of 115 mph and a snow load of 20 lbs. serve as additional project features, and were included to enhance durability with respect to the climate of the region.

The largest community in north-central Illinois’ Grundy County, the city of Morris is situated about 39 miles outside Naperville and 25 miles from Joliet.

Constructed using components from Nucor Building Systems, the large Illinois metal building boasts a finished size of 80’x100’x16’, and is covered by a durable Galvalume roof with a 1:12 roof pitch. Now used as a combination shop and garage by the owner, the building contains a total of (5) framed openings. These include (3) 20’x14’ openings and (2) 3070 20-gauge walk doors.

Herrick experiences a variable climate with frequent precipitation throughout the year, and with this in mind, the steel building was designed with a wind speed of 90 mph and a snow load of 20 lbs. to ensure maximum durability regardless of weather patterns.

Metal Building in Durant, Iowa

Metal Building Outlet sourced this prefabricated steel building in Durant, Iowa, in April of 2017.

Boasting striking, crimson-red paint, the structure stands 40’x80’x14’ in size, and a complementing, light stone-colored roof with a 2:12 pitch covers it from overhead. Crafted using top-of-the-line steel materials, the building now operates as a shop, and it features (6) framed openings varying in size and function. Included are (1) 3070 opening enclosing (1) 3070 walk door, (1) 16’x12’ opening enclosing (1) 2402 non-insulated commercial overhead door and (4) 3’x2’ windows.

In consideration of the variable climate and distinct seasonal weather patterns common throughout Durant and much of Iowa, a snow load of 30 lbs. and a wind speed rating of 115 mph serve as additional shop features. The city of Durant sits within east-central Iowa, and it has land within Cedar, Muscatine and Scott counties. It sits about 24 miles outside Davenport and roughly 24 miles from Rock Island.

Metal Building in Gormania, West Virginia

Metal Building Outlet supplied this prefabricated metal building in Gormania, West Virginia, in November of 2019.

Standing 48’x25’x16’ in size, the energy-efficient steel building is in use as a shop, and it features an open, clear-span design that makes the most of usable floor space. High overhead clearance enhances functionality even further, while a rugged Galvalume roof with a modest 1:12 pitch protects the interior of the workshop from above.

The metal building features an insulation package, with layers of R-19 fiberglass insulation installed in its roof and walls. The insulation package brings with it a number of key benefits, including lower energy bills, improved comfort and better sound control. The shop also has (3) framed openings enhancing accessibility, among them (1) 3’4”x7’2” door opening and (2) 12’x12’ overhead door openings.
