Metal Building Outlet sourced this prefabricated metal building for a client in Gainesville, Missouri, in late January of 2018.
Versatile, functional and energy efficient, the building now serves as a shop, and it offers a finished size of 40’x100’x14’. It features top-of-the-line steel construction, while a corrosion-resistant Galvalume metal roof with a 2:12 pitch provides considerable protection from above.
Spacious and largely free from interior obstructions, the metal workshop boasts (3) framed openings differing in size, among them (1) 14’x12’ opening enclosing (1) 14’x12’ door, (1) 20’x12’ opening equipped with (1) 20’x12’ door, and (1) 3070 opening enclosing (1) 3070 walk door.
An insulation package comprised of R-13 insulation in the workshop’s roof and walls keeps interior temperatures consistent and shop users comfortable year-round, and it also lowers energy bills associated with the property.
