Now functioning as a workshop, the building is comprised of top-quality steel materials, and it stands 50’x150’x20’ in size following a seamless erection process.

Highly economical and easily adaptable in the event that the owners want to increase its size, the metal building makes for an ideal work environment. Designed to stand strong given its location within the Pacific Northwest, the steel workshop also features a 30-pound snow load and a 110-mph wind speed rating. Attractive and easy to maintain, the building boasts light stone-colored paint and now functions as a garage. Once fully erect it stands 38’x50’x’17’ in size, and a hard-wearing Galvalume roof that resists corrosion and offers a 1.5:12 roof pitch sits overhead, protecting the interior of the garage from the elements.

Throughout the metal garage are (4) framed openings, among them (2) 3070 openings and (2) 11’x11’ openings, and it also boasts several features added in consideration of the variable climate of Grand Coulee and the outlying region, which include a 30-pound snow load and a 110-mph wind speed rating. A small city set within Washington state’s Grant County, Grand Coulee sits near the Grand Coulee and North dams. It sits about 56 miles from Ephrata and roughly 54 outside Soap Lake.

Metal Building in Shelton, Washington

Metal Building Outlet supplied this pre-engineered metal building for a customer in Shelton, Washington, in January of 2016.

Desert sand in color with a complementing fern green roof and burnished slate-colored doors and trim, the building stands 40’x66’x16’ in size, and its roof has a 4:12 pitch. Crafted from premium steel components, the durable, energy-efficient building boasts (17) framed openings that vary in terms of size and function. These include (1) 6070 door, (1) 4030 window, (3) 3060 windows, (7) 2020 windows, (1) 6030 window and (1) 2030 window. Additionally, the building houses (2) 6050 windows, (1) 5050 window and (2) 3070 20-gauge white insulated walk doors with lever locks.

To reduce energy costs and improve interior comfort for building users, R-19 metal building insulation is installed in the roof, while R-13 insulation can be found in the walls. Additional features include a wind speed of 115 mph and a snow load of 25 lbs.; inclusions that were made given the climate and weather patterns characteristic of the Shelton area.

A part of western Washington’s Mason County, the city of Shelton sits about 43 miles from Centralia and about 22 miles outside Olympia.

Metal Building in Graham, Washington

Metal Building Outlet provided this pre-engineered metal building for a customer in Graham, Washington, in March of 2016.

Energy efficient, attractive and exceedingly durable, the metal building is crafted from premium-grade steel components and boasts a finished size of 50’x60’x20’. Now used as a warehouse, the building’s roof is made of hardwearing, corrosion-resistant Galvalume metal and has a 3:12 roof pitch.

To cut back on energy costs associated with the building, an insulation package is also a part of this project. Installed in the building’s roof and walls is high-performance R-19 metal building insulation. In addition to reducing energy expenditures considerably, the insulation package improves building user comfort and helps muffle outside noise.

Additional project features include a wind speed of 110 mph and a snow load of 15 lbs., inclusions that were made in consideration of the Graham area’s typical weather patterns. A census-designated place set within Pierce County, Graham is situated about 24 miles outside Tacoma and about 9 miles from Puyallup.

Shop Building in Pasco, Washington

Metal Building Outlet supplied this pre-engineered metal building in Pasco, Washington, in January of 2015.

Crafted from premium steel components, the building stands 36’x48’x14’ in size and is now used as a shop by the owner. It is covered overhead by a hard-wearing, corrosion-resistant Galvalume roof with a 2:12 pitch, and inside are (4) framed openings of various sizes. These include (1) 12’x12’ opening, (1) 8’x10’ opening and (2) 3070 walk doors for easy entry and access.

To enhance energy efficiency, R-4 insulation is included in the shop building’s roof. With regard to the typical climate of the Pasco area, the building is engineered with a wind speed of 110 mph. The building also boasts a snow load of 10.5 lbs.

Considered a part of the Tri-Cities alongside Kennewick and Richland, the City of Pasco is part of Franklin County, in southeastern Washington. It sits about 135 miles outside Spokane and 49 miles from Walla Walla.

Metal Factory Building in Pasco, Washington

Metal Building Outlet supplied this prefabricated metal building for a customer in Pasco, Washington in September of 2014.

Now used as a factory, the massive, 100’x180’x20’ metal building is saddle tan in color, and covered with a Galvalume roof with a 1:12 roof pitch. Constructed from Nucor Building System components, the factory boasts a total of (22) framed openings. These include (2) 10’x10’, (1) 8’x10’, (4) 12’x14’, (4) 3070 walk doors and (11) 3030 windows to allow for ample sunlight.

Pasco occasionally sees strong wind patterns when what’s known as Chinook wind conditions exist. With that and the semi-arid climate of Pasco in mind, the building was designed with a wind speed of 110 mph and a ground snow load of 20 lbs.

The City of Pasco is located within Franklin County, in Southeastern Washington. It is part of the Tri-Cities region, alongside Kennewick and Richland, and lies about 85 miles outside Yakima and 9 miles from Walla Walla.

Steel Building in Gig Harbor, Washington

Metal Building Outlet supplied this steel building in Gig Harbor, Washington in August, 2013.  Occasionally, permits are not approved for a pending building, as was the case for this building.  Purchased to be used as a marijuana grow operation in Pierce County and less than thirty minutes from Tacoma and Bremerton, due to city regulations, this building order needed to be cancelled .

The building was intended to be polar white on the exterior with a galvalume roof with a 1:12 pitch. The size of this building, comprised entirely of Garco components, is 60’x100’x12’. Originally ordered were three doors (2) 3’x7’ walk doors and (1) 10’x8’ overhead door. The building had a wind speed rating of 85 MPH, appropriate for north western Washington.

When these incidents occur, Metal Building Outlet works to help the customer solve the challenge in a fair manner. Buildings ordered but subsequently cancelled often become part of deeply discounted used buildings.  In this instance, we were able to satisfy the customer by supplying 6” R-196” R-19 high efficiency  fiberglass insulation for a retrofit on a rented building which the customer uses for his business.

Metal Building in Ellensburg, Washington

Metal Building Outlet supplied this steel building in Ellensburg, Washington in April, 2014.  This building features steel components from Garco and is used as a marijuana grow house about 35 miles from Yakima and about 80 miles from North Bend in central Washington.

This building is 60’x100’x16′ and features a single 12’x14’ roll coil door. The roof has a 1:12 pitch and is galvalume. In order to accommodate the climateof Kittitas County, this building has a wind speed load rating of 110 MPH and the walls and roof are insulated with high efficiency steel building fiberglass insulation.  The walls are insulated with a single layer of 4”R-13 fiberglass insulation and the roof has a single layer of 6” R-19 insulation installed.

This building was ordered with a customer request for a rush and a three week delivery was promised and fulfilled. The foundation design was an overnight project.
