This metal building was purchased in December, 2012 and is used as a personal shop on the owner’s property.  The finished dimensions of this Nucor steel building are 60’x125’x16’ and there are four doors giving access to the interior of the structure. Of the four doors, two of them are 20’x16’ overhead doors and the remaining doors are 3’x7’ walkdoors. This sturdy metal building has a wind load of 90 MPH and a snow load of 10 PSF.  The galvalume roof has a 3:12 pitch.

Metal Building Outlet supplied this steel building near Nashville, Tennessee in the heart of Davidson County.  Purchased in November, 2012 by Case Services this Garco metal building is used as a shop. They are located about 17 miles from Hendersonville and about 50 miles from Clarksville.

The exterior walls of this metal shop are a light stone and the final dimensions of this building are 40’x60’x20’. The galvalume roof has a pitch of 1:12 and has energy efficient 3” R-10 insulation.
