Metal Building Outlet supplied this pre-engineered steel workshop building for a customer in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, in April of 2019.

Now used as a shop, the building offers unmatched structural integrity, resulting in optimum protection for stored assets as well as a dry, comfortable space to work or otherwise spend time. Boasting an unobstructed clear span, the building stands 20’x40’x14’ in size, while a roof built from rugged, hardwearing Galvalume metal panels sits overhead, offering a 1:12 pitch.

The metal workshop features (5) framed openings, and these include (3) 10’x10’ openings, 1(1) 3’4”x7’2” opening and (1) 8’x4’ framed opening. Other accommodations and customizations added with respect for the local climate and building code requirements include a wind speed rating of 115 mph and a snow load of 20 pounds. Metal Building Outlet sourced this premanufactured metal shop building for a customer in Fayetteville, Tennessee, in March of 2019.

Durable, sustainable and insulated to maximize energy efficiency, the building offers impressive versatility, and it now functions as a shop. Boasting an attractive, Charcoal Grey exterior, the building offers a finished size of 40’x60’x12’, and it features an open, clear-span design that eliminates interior obstructions, freeing up more usable floor space.

The steel shop’s roof is comprised of rugged Galvalume metal panels and has a 1:12 pitch, and (4) framed openings serve as additional attributes, among them (2) 10’x10’ openings and (2) 3070 walk door openings. Installed in the shop’s roof and walls is R-10 fiberglass insulation, which keeps interior temperatures consistent while creating a quieter, more comfortable work environment. The metal workshop also features a 10-pound snow load and a 115-mph wind speed rating; inclusions made in compliance with building code requirements in place at the construction site.

Metal Building Outlet secured this pre-engineered steel building on behalf of a customer in Hohenwald, Tennessee, in May of 2019.

Durable, multifunctional and designed to last for generations, the metal building features strong, sturdy steel construction and stands 32’x100’x15.5’ in size. Desert Sand in color, the building is currently in use as a shop, and a complementing, Medium Bronze-colored metal roof sits overhead, providing protection from above while boasting a 0.5:12 roof pitch.

Throughout the steel workshop are (8) framed openings ranging in size, among them (5) 16’x12’ overhead openings, (1) 15’x10’6” opening and (2) 3070 walk door openings.
