This durable, steel building is 40’x60’x14’ in size and is now used as a shop. A galvalume roof with a 1:12 pitch is overhead, and inside the shop building are (4) framed openings. These include (3) 14’x12’ openings and (1) 3070 walk door for convenient user access.

To minimize energy expenditures and ensure interior comfort, both the roof and walls feature R-30 fiberglass insulation with VRR facing material. With regard to the typical climate and weather patterns seen throughout the region, the shop building is constructed with a wind speed of 115 mph and a snow load of 10 lbs.

This metal building was purchased in December, 2012 and is used as a personal shop on the owner’s property.  The finished dimensions of this Nucor steel building are 60’x125’x16’ and there are four doors giving access to the interior of the structure. Of the four doors, two of them are 20’x16’ overhead doors and the remaining doors are 3’x7’ walkdoors. Metal Building Outlet supplied this steel building near Nashville, Tennessee in the heart of Davidson County.  Purchased in November, 2012 by Case Services this Garco metal building is used as a shop. They are located about 17 miles from Hendersonville and about 50 miles from Clarksville.

The exterior walls of this metal shop are a light stone and the final dimensions of this building are 40’x60’x20’. The galvalume roof has a pitch of 1:12 and has energy efficient 3” R-10 insulation.
