Metal Agricultural Building in Menomonie, Wisconsin

Supplied by Metal Building Outlet in June, 2013, this 60x50x15 Nucor-brand metal building now serves as an agricultural storage building on a farm in Menomonie, Wisconsin.

Fox Gray in color with a Galvalume roof and a 1:12 roof pitch, the storage building has (4) overhead doors: (2) 16×13, (1) 20×14 and (1), 12×12. It was constructed with a wind load of 90 mph, a ground snow load (GSL) of 50 lbs. and a roof snow load (RSL) of 30 lbs. The building features a customized layout at the request of the buyer, and was delivered in time to reach the consumer’s specified deadline.

Menomonie is located in west-central Wisconsin, about 24 miles from Eau Claire and 201 miles from the state capital of Madison. The buyer was quite pleased with his purchase and interactions with the Metal Building Outlet team, and plans to purchase additional metal buildings from Metal Building Outlet in the future.

Metal Building Outlet supplied this steel building in August, 2010 to a growing marble and granite company for their new operations facility. It is located in Grand Junction, Colorado.

The 75’ x 160’ x 18.5’ the metal building has light stone walls and a galvalume 1.5:12  pitched roof. It has (4) 12×12 overhead doors and (13) 18’x3′ windows

Grand Junction is the largest city in western Colorado and is in scenic Mesa County.It is approximately 85 miles from Glenwood Springs and 150 miles from the well-known ski slopes in Vail.

Metal Factory Building in Pasco, Washington

Metal Building Outlet supplied this prefabricated metal building for a customer in Pasco, Washington in September of 2014.

Now used as a factory, the massive, 100’x180’x20’ metal building is saddle tan in color, and covered with a Galvalume roof with a 1:12 roof pitch. Constructed from Nucor Building System components, the factory boasts a total of (22) framed openings. These include (2) 10’x10’, (1) 8’x10’, (4) 12’x14’, (4) 3070 walk doors and (11) 3030 windows to allow for ample sunlight.

Pasco occasionally sees strong wind patterns when what’s known as Chinook wind conditions exist. With that and the semi-arid climate of Pasco in mind, the building was designed with a wind speed of 110 mph and a ground snow load of 20 lbs.

The City of Pasco is located within Franklin County, in Southeastern Washington. It is part of the Tri-Cities region, alongside Kennewick and Richland, and lies about 85 miles outside Yakima and 9 miles from Walla Walla.

Steel Shop Building in West Fork, Arkansas

Metal Building Outlet supplied this prefabricated steel building for a contractor in West Fork, Arkansas, in November of 2012. It is now used as a personal backyard shop.

Constructed from Nucor Building Systems components, the metal building is green in color, and is topped with a Galvalume roof with a 2:12 roof pitch. It features R-29 insulation in the roof and R-13 insulation in the walls, both of which offer high thermal resistance while simultaneously improving interior comfort and reducing energy costs.

Boasting a finished size of 30’x60’x14’, the steel building has a total of (4) framed openings. These include (1)12’x12’ door, (1) 3’x7’ walk door and (2) 4’x3’ windows.

Agricultural Metal Building in Salem, Oregon

Metal Building Outlet supplied this steel building to the owner of Save On Transport trucking company in Salem, Oregon.

The Graco-brand building is for agricultural use.  Metal Building Outlet helped him save money by arranging for him to pick up the building directly from the manufacture. The 100’x120’x20′ steel building has a galvalume roof with blue walls and trim.  The building has (2) 12’x15′ framed openings.

Salem is the capital of Oregon and is in both Polk and Marion Counties. Salem is a center of agricultural distribution located about 50 miles from Portland and 65 miles from Eugene.

Energy Efficient Metal Warehouse Building in Douglas, Wyoming

Metal Building Outlet supplied this metal building for a customer in Douglas, Wyoming in late August of 2014.

Built from Garco Building Systems components, the 15’x20’x12’ metal structure is now used as a warehouse by Superior Energy Services, a provider of oilfield services and equipment. Covered by a Galvalume roof with a 1:12 roof pitch, the prefabricated building boasts a total of (4) framed openings, which include (2) 3070 walk doors, (1) 6070 walk door and (1) 3030 window.

Douglas, Wyoming sees considerable snowfall and experiences long, cold winters. With this in mind, the steel building was constructed with energy efficient R-19 value insulation in the roof and walls to help maintain comfortable interior temperatures, as well as help keep heating and cooling costs low. The building also boasts a wind speed of 90 mph and a ground snow load of 30 lbs.

Douglas, Wyoming is located within Converse County, in east-central Wyoming. The home of the Wyoming State Fair, Douglas lies about 60 miles from Wheatland and about 50 miles outside Casper.

Pinedale is located at a high elevation, and as such, experiences a sub-arctic climate and considerable snowfall that trumps national averages. With this in mind, the steel building was designed with R-10 insulation in the roof and walls, as well as a wind speed of 90 mph and a ground snow load of 40 lbs.

The Town of Pinedale, Wyoming is considered the gateway to the Wind River Mountains, and is a part of Sublette County, in Western Wyoming. It lies about 102 miles from Rock Springs and 77 miles outside Jackson.
