Made with Nucor Building Systems components, the building is now used as a shop, and is covered by a heavy-duty Galvalume roof with a 1:12 roof pitch. It features a total of (8) framed openings, which include  (4) 4’x8’ openings, (2) 12’x12’ openings, (1) 12’x10’ opening and (1) 10’x10’ opening.

Sedley and its surrounding areas generally experience a variable climate with significant rainfall recorded throughout the year. With the region’s typical weather patterns and climate conditions in mind, the Virginia metal building was constructed with a wind speed of 90 mph and a snow load of 20 lbs.

A census-designated place located within Southampton County in southeast Virginia, Sedley sits about 50 miles from Petersburg and 36 miles from Suffolk.

The striking, sandstone-colored building is now used as a warehouse by Canby’s Double Fish Ranch. The massive metal structure stands 150’x200’x16’ in size and is covered by a durable Galvalume roof with a 1:12 roof pitch. Constructed from Nucor Building Systems components, the steel structure has (4) framed openings, which include (2) 14’x14’ overhead doors and (2) 3070 walk doors.

In an effort to maintain consistent interior temperatures and achieve high energy efficiency, the California metal building was constructed with R-19 insulation in both its roof and its walls. To ensure maximum durability regardless of weather conditions, it was designed with a wind speed of 110 mph, as well as, a snow load of 40 lbs.

A census-designated place located within Modoc County in Northern California, Canby sits 130 miles from the City of Redding and 159 miles outside Medford, Oregon.

Boasting eye-catching gallery blue paint and a durable Galvalume roof with a 1:12 roof pitch, the 46’x80’x16’ metal building is now used as a warehouse by M & M Heating and Air Conditioning, a leading provider of HVAC installation and repair services for residents of Longmont, Boulder and surrounding areas.

Constructed using Nucor Building Systems components, the structure has a total of (20) framed openings, which include (2) 3070 steel walk doors, (2) 12’x14’ sectional doors, (2) 8’x8’ sectional doors and (4) 3030 doors. The building also features (10) skylight panels in an effort to maximize natural sunlight.

Given Longmont’s variable weather patterns and substantial seasonal snowfall, the metal building was constructed with R-30 insulation in its roof and R-19 insulation in its walls to improve energy efficiency and help the structure maintain comfortable interior temperatures year round. It was also designed with a wind speed of 110 mph and a snow load of 30 lbs.

The City of Longmont is located within both Boulder and Weld Counties in north-central Colorado. It sits about 16 miles south of Loveland and 15 miles from Boulder.

Now being used as an airplane hangar, the striking Arizona metal building stands 50’x40’x13’ and has (1) 40’x10’ opening. Light stone in color and crafted exclusively from Nucor Building Systems components, the building now operates as a warehouse. Boasting a finished size of 40’x60’x16’ and topped with a Galvalume roof with a 1:12 roof pitch, the Florida steel building features a total of (3) framed openings. These include (2) 14’14’ doors and an additional 3070 walk door for easy entry and access.

Fort McCoy experiences long, hot and humid summers, with this in mind, energy efficient insulation was included in both the roof and walls at the time of construction. The building’s roof features R-19 insulation panels, while the walls contain R-13 insulation. In consideration of northern Florida’s propensity for strong storm activity and occasional hurricanes, the building was designed with a high wind speed of 130 mph.

Fort McCoy is an unincorporated community located within Marion County in north-central Florida. It lies about 98 miles from Kissimmee and 48.5 miles outside the City of Gainesville.

Light stone in color and crafted from Nucor Building Systems components, the building is now used as a riding arena. It stands 80’x180’x16’ and is covered by a Galvalume roof with a 1:12 roof pitch.

The large-scale metal building boasts a total of (25) framed openings, among them (3) that are 12’x14’ in size, (2) that are covered by 3070 walk doors and an additional (20) 3’x10’ skylight windows. Metal Building Shop & Lumber Mill in Kreamer, Pennsylvania

The buyer bought a previously used metal building frame, and the 35’x150’x20’ structure is now used as a shop and lumber mill by Bingaman & Son Lumber, Inc., a longtime provider of Appalachian hardwoods and related materials. Constructed exclusively from Nucor Building Systems components, the building is covered with a Galvalume roof, and has a 1.3:12 roof pitch. It features (2) framed openings, one of which is a 14’x16’ and the other is a 3070 walk door.

Kreamer is considered a census-designated place, and is located within Snyder County, in east-central Pennsylvania. It lies about 51 miles outside Harrisburg, Pennsylvania’s capital city, and roughly 42 miles from the City of Williamsport.

Metal Building with High Roof Pitch in Pagosa Springs, Colorado

Purchased from Metal Building Outlet in April, 2013, this 40x60x14 Garco-brand metal building now serves as a shop in Pagosa Springs, Colorado.

It features (3) 12×12 framed openings and (2) 3070 walk-doors, a wind load of 90 mph, a ground snow load (GSL) of 93 lbs. and a roof snow load (RSL) of 65 lbs. The customer opted for a higher than normal roof pitch (6:12) because he felt it improved the building’s overall appearance, and chose the high snow loads because of Pagosa Springs’ heavy snowfall, which averages 67.4 inches per year.

Pagosa Springs lies along the Colorado/New Mexico border, and this steel building spans both state lines. Pagosa Springs is nestled on the Western Slope of the Continental Divide, and lies 140 miles from Salida and 277 miles from the Colorado state capital of Denver.
