Both energy efficient and exceedingly durable, the building is crafted from top-quality steel components and stands 40’x60’x12’ in size. Now serving as a shop area, the building boasts a rugged, corrosion-resistant Galvalume metal roof overhead with a 1:12 roof pitch. The building features (3) doorframe openings and (2) 3070 20-gauge knock-down steel doors.
To keep the building’s energy costs low while helping everyone inside stay comfortable regardless of outside temperatures, R-13 metal building insulation is installed in the structure’s roof and walls. The building is also designed with a wind speed of 115 mph and a snow load of 10 lbs. These inclusions were made during construction in consideration of the climate and weather patterns characteristic of the Jonesville area.
Set within north-central South Carolina’s Union County, the town of Jonesville is situated about 45 miles outside Rock Hill and about 18 miles from Spartanburg.

The building is two-sided with sheeting applied along the front side wall and rear end wall, and the rear end wall also has a rigid frame to create a clear-span entry and exit area. Overhead is an exceedingly durable, corrosion-resistant Galvalume metal roof with a 1:12 roof pitch, and additionally the steel building features include a wind speed of 120 mph and a snow load of 25 lbs. These additions were made to maximize the structure’s durability with regard to the typical climate patterns characteristic of greater Tillamook County.

To cut back on energy costs associated with the building, an insulation package is also a part of this project. Installed in the building’s roof and walls is high-performance R-19 metal building insulation. In addition to reducing energy expenditures considerably, the insulation package improves building user comfort and helps muffle outside noise.
Additional project features include a wind speed of 110 mph and a snow load of 15 lbs., inclusions that were made in consideration of the Graham area’s typical weather patterns. A census-designated place set within Pierce County, Graham is situated about 24 miles outside Tacoma and about 9 miles from Puyallup.

Now a garage, the durable, energy-efficient metal building is 30’x50’x10’ in size and covered overhead by a Galvalume roof with a 2:12 roof pitch. The steel building is crafted from premium Nucor Building Systems components and boasts (3) framed openings; (1) of which is 6’x7’ and (2) of which are 10’x8’ in size.
To maximize energy efficiency and interior comfort regardless of season, R-10 insulation was included in the metal garage’s roof and walls. With the Big Stone Gap area’s typical climate and weather patterns in mind, the building was engineered with a wind speed of 90 mph and a ground snow load of 25 lbs.
