Now used for a variety of purposes, it features a broad, space-maximizing clear-span and high overhead clearance, while a rugged, corrosion-resistant Galvalume roof with a 1:12 pitch sits overhead, offering optimal protection from the elements.
Key features and customizations include (6) framed openings, among them (2) 14’x14’ overhead openings and (4) 4030 window openings that allow natural sunlight to enter the space. An insulation package comprised of R-19 roof insulation and R-13 wall insulation serves as another important customization, and it makes the metal building better-suited for year-round use while lowering energy expenses associated with the structure.
Other accommodations added in adherence to local building codes include a high, 50-pound snow load and a 115-mph wind speed rating.
