Now in use as a shop, the durable and energy-efficient steel building stands 30’x50’x14’ in size once raised, and it features an unobstructed clear-span design.
Metal Building Outlet was the proud provider of this pre-engineered steel building in Salinas, California, in mid-July of 2019.
Currently in use as a drive-thru, the structure is comprised of reliable, heavy-gauge steel components, and once erect, it stands 40’x74’x20’ in size. The drive-thru’s high overhead clearance makes it suitable for vehicles in a wide range of heights and sizes, and the building also offers unmatched structural integrity, holding its own in the face of heavy wind and rain, pests and similar sources of damage.
The roof of the steel drive-thru has a 1:12 pitch and is comprised of hardwearing, corrosion-resistant Galvalume panels. A 110-mph wind speed rating serves as an additional attribute included with regard for the climate and building code requirements governing construction at the build site.
The largest community in California’s Monterey County, the city of Salinas is located in the southern part of the Greater Bay Area. The community sits about 90 miles from King City and roughly 60 miles south of San Jose.

Durable, sustainable and highly energy efficient, the Desert Sand-colored steel building stands 40’x60’x16’ in size and features a broad, clear-span design. It has high overhead clearance, broadening functionality and storage space, and its roof is comprised of rugged Galvalume panels and has a 2:12 pitch.
Within that roof is a layer of R-13 insulation, while R-10 insulation sits within the building’s walls. While the insulation helps make for a more comfortable environment, it also lowers energy expenses associated with the property. Other customizations include (2) framed openings, (1) 3’4”x7’2” opening and (1) 3070 walk door opening enclosing (1) 3070 walk door.
A 110-mph wind speed rating serves as another customization made to keep the metal building compliant with local code requirements. Part of Tulare County, in California’s San Joaquin Valley, Farmersville sits about 75 miles north of Bakersfield and roughly 190 miles west of Monterey.

Spacious and versatile, it boasts high overhead clearance, making it well-suited for warehouse, manufacturing or any number of other uses, and a wide clear span that eliminates unnecessary interior obstructions.
The roof of the building, which has a 3:12 pitch, resists corrosion and is comprised of robust Galvalume steel panels. The prefabricated shop also has (13) framed openings throughout that enhance accessibility, among them (8) 4’x7’ framed openings, (3) 12’x12’ openings and (2) 3’x3’ windows.
In consideration of the typical climate characteristics of the Watkins area as well as the building code requirements the buyer had to comply with, a 30-pound snow load and a 115-mph wind speed rating serve as additional customizations. A sparsely populated area, Watkins has land in Adams and Arapahoe counties. The community lies about 25 miles east of Denver and about 16 miles east of Aurora.

Covering and protecting the steel shop from above is a robust and corrosion-resistant Galvalume Plus roof with a 3:12 pitch, and the shop also boasts (2) framed openings, which include (1) 12’x12’ opening enclosing (1) 12’x12’ door and (1) 3070 opening enclosing (1) 3070 walk door. Other customizations include a wind speed rating of 115 mph and a snow load of 15 pounds; both of which keep the building in compliance with building code requirements while making it especially well-suited for its particular environment.

Energy efficient and sustainable, the metal building is comprised of premium-quality steel components, resulting in unmatched structural integrity. Intended for use as a shop, the building stands 50’x100’x18’ in size once raised, while its roof has a 2:12 pitch and is made from rugged Galvalume Plus metal.
The metal workshop has (4) framed openings that serve as additional features, among them (2) 16’x16’ overhead openings and (2) 3070 walk door openings. Installed in the roof and walls of the shop is R-13 fiberglass insulation, which makes for a more comfortable work environment while helping keep the property’s energy bills manageable.
A 25-pound snow load and a 120-mph wind speed rating are additional customizations made during engineering to make the building better equipped for its geographic location. Located in northwestern Oregon, the city of Silverton is a part of Marion County. It sits about 14 miles outside Salem, Oregon, and about 8 miles from Pratum.

The pre-engineered shop features (3) framed openings throughout, among them (2) 12’x14’ openings and (1) 3070 walk door opening.
