As such, it features an insulation package and has R-13 insulation installed in both the roof and walls, considerably reducing energy bills while boosting interior comfort throughout the year. The building is crafted from high-end steel components, and it stands 40’x60’x16’ once fully erect. Its roof is made of hardwearing, long-lasting Galvalume metal and has a 1:12 pitch.

Distributed throughout the metal shop building are (2) framed openings; (1) 12’x14’ opening enclosing (1) 12’x14’ roll-coil door, and (1) 3070 opening enclosing (1) 3070 walk door. With the typical climate and considerable rainfall of Resaca in mind, the building was built with R-10 insulation in the roof and walls, as well as a wind speed of 115 mph and a snow load of 4.2 lbs.

Standing 40’x60’x16’, the Garco-brand building is saddle tan in color, and is topped with a matching roof with a 4:12 roof pitch. The metal building boasts a total of (10) framed openings, among them (1) 14’x16’ overhead door, (3) 3070 walk doors and (6) 3’x10’ skylight windows.

Santa Clarita generally experiences a mild climate, but is occasionally exposed to monsoon moisture and strong winds. As such, the steel building was constructed with R-13 insulation in the roof, a wind speed of 85 mph and a ground snow load of 43 lbs.
