Metal Building in Apopka, Florida

Metal Building Outlet provided this preconstructed steel building in Apopka, Florida, in July of 2017.

Now a church, the attractive, energy-efficient metal building boasts a sagebrush tan exterior and is comprised of premium-quality steel materials. Protecting the interior of the building from above is a rugged, corrosion-resistant Galvalume roof with a 2:12 pitch.

To keep energy bills low and churchgoers comfortable regardless of the outside climate, the metal church features an insulation package. Within its roof, it contains high performance, R-30 metal building insulation, while its walls contain R-19 insulation. The church also offers a high, 141-mph wind speed rating in consideration of the strong storm and occasional hurricane activity that comes through Apopka and the surrounding region. A part of the Orlando – Kissimmee – Sanford Metropolitan Statistical Area, the city of Apopka lies within Florida’s Orange County, about 16 miles northwest of Downtown Orlando.
