Kailua-Kona enjoys a tropical semi-arid climate characterized by hot, humid summers and little precipitation, and with this in mind, the pre-engineered metal building was constructed with a wind speed of 105 mph to ensure maximum durability.

It is crafted from premium-grade steel components, and its corrosion-resistant roof overhead has a 2:12 pitch and is made of top-quality Galvalume metal. Inside the building are (15) framed openings that vary broadly in terms of size and function. Included are (3) 12’x12’ openings with (3) 12’x12’ commercial overhead sectional doors, (1) 3070 opening enclosing (1) 3070 20-guage commercial steel walk door, (3) 5030 access doors and (8) 3’x10’8” light-transmitting translucent skylight panels.
