Now undergoing use as a sheet metal fabrication shop, the building offers the uncompromised structural integrity a manufacturing operation requires. Tan in color, it stands 80’x150’x25’ in size, featuring high overhead clearance that enhances the business’s production capabilities. Its roof is comprised of rugged Galvalume metal and has a 3:12 pitch, while (12) framed openings make the shop easily accessible for staff members.

Found throughout the metal manufacturing space are (6) 3070 walk doors, (3) 18’x16’ overhead doors and (3) 6040 walk doors. Other building characteristics include a 35-pound snow load and a 110-mph wind speed rating, which comply with applicable building code requirements while making the building well-suited for Northern Colorado’s sometimes-unpredictable climate.

Once erect, the building stands an expansive 60’x100’x24’ in size, and it features a broad clear span that eliminates interior columns or supports.

The shop’s high overhead clearance makes it well-suited for storage and manufacturing, and a robust, corrosion-resistant Galvalume roof with a subtle 1:12 pitch protects the interior of the workshop from above. Noteworthy features include (6) framed openings, among them (5) 12’x14’ overhead door openings and (1) 3’x7’ walk door opening, and several other enhancements that better-prepare the shop for life in Colorado while keeping it compliant with applicable building codes and regulations.

In use as a shop, the energy-efficient, wind-resistant metal building is 40’x60’x16’ once raised and features a clear-span design that eliminates interior obstructions. Its hardy, corrosion-resistant Galvalume roof has a 2:12 pitch and a layer of R-19 insulation installed inside, while the walls of the shop contain R-13 insulation. While the insulation helps keep energy bills low, it also makes for a more comfortable working environment, and particularly during Florida’s long, hot and often-humid summers.

In adherence to strict local building codes in place because of the building’s location in a high-risk hurricane zone, a 150-mph wind speed rating serves as another noteworthy shop feature. RV Storage Building in Madison, Illinois

Metal Building Outlet supplied this prefabricated metal building for a customer in Madison, Illinois, in late August of 2015.

Now used as an RV storage area, this metal building is koko brown in color. It stands 40’x126’x16’ in order to accommodate RVs of varying sizes, and it houses (9) separate 14’x40’ units. Covering the DCBI-brand building is a rugged, durable Galvalume metal roof with a 0.5:12 roof pitch, and the building contains (9) framed openings, all 12’x14’ in size. Included in each of the openings is one of (9) 12’x14’ roll-up doors.

To help the building maintain comfortable interior temperatures and minimize its energy expenditures, R-10 insulation was installed in both the building’s roof and walls during construction. With the Madison area’s typical climate and weather patterns, the building also boasts a wind speed of 115 mph and a snow load of 43 lbs.

With land in both Madison and St. Clair Counties, the city of Madison, Illinois, is located in western Illinois. It sits about 18 miles outside Florissant, Missouri, and about 16 miles from Edwardsville, Illinois.

Metal Building Outlet provided this pre-engineered metal building in North Liberty, Iowa, in January of 2017.

Crafted using top-of-the-line steel components, the durable, easy to maintain building stands 80’x125’x19’ in size and now serves as a shop. Its roof has a 1:12 pitch and is made of highly corrosion-resistant Galvalume metal, and inside the shop are (7) framed openings varying in size and function. Featured are (3) 14’x13’ openings, (1) 24’x15’ opening, (1) 20’x13’ opening and (2) 3070 openings, each equipped with one of (2) 3070 knock-down doors.

Additional project features include a wind speed rating of 115 mph and a snow load of 25 lbs., accommodations made out of respect for the variable climate of the North Liberty area and the distinct seasonal differences experienced throughout much of Iowa. A suburb of Iowa City, North Liberty is set within eastern Iowa’s Johnson County. It lies about 61 miles outside Davenport and roughly 20 miles outside the city of Cedar Rapids.

Now used as a shop, the metal building was constructed using Nucor Building Systems components, and boasts a finished size of 46’6”x80’x19’6”. It is topped with a Galvalume roof, and has a 1:12 roof pitch.

In consideration of the climate of Indianapolis, the city’s occasional snowfall and its tendency toward long, cold winters, the building was built with R-13 insulation in the roof, a ground snow load of 25 lbs. and a wind speed of 90 mph.

Indianapolis is both the capital and the most populous city in the State of Indiana, and sits within Marion County, in Central Indiana. It lies about 122 miles from the City of Fort Wayne and roughly 46 miles from the City of Columbus.
