Polar white in color and crafted from Garco Building Systems components, the eye-catching, 40’x60’14’ prefabricated metal building is now used as a shop. It’s covered by a Galvalume roof with a 1:12 roof pitch, and boasts a variety of framed openings, including (1) 18’x12’ opening and (3) 12’x12’ openings. The metal building also contains (1) 3070 walk door and (3) 3030 windows.

In consideration of Carroll’s strong wind patterns and occasionally heavy seasonal snowfall, the prefabricated building was constructed with a high wind speed of 115 mph and a ground snow load of 25 lbs.

The City of Carroll is located within Carroll County, in central Iowa. It lies about 107 miles outside Sioux City and 67 miles from Ames.

Steel Building in Cotton Valley, Louisiana

Metal Building Outlet supplied this steel building in Cotton Valley, Louisiana.

Now used as a shop by Calumet Lubricants, a hydrocarbon product manufacturer, the metal building is 51’x55.2’x16’ in size and is crafted from rugged components from Nucor Building Systems. It boasts light stone-colored paint and a corrosion-resistant Galvalume roof with a 1:12 pitch.

Additional building features include (3) framed openings, among them (2) 14’x14’ roll-up coil doors and (1) heavy-duty 20-gauge steel walk door for convenient user access. To help keep the interior warm in the winter and cool in the summer, R-19 insulation is included in the roof, while R-13 insulation adorns the walls.

Cotton Valley sees considerable rainfall throughout the year and very little, if any, snowfall. With the region’s typical weather patterns in mind, the building was designed with a wind speed of 90 mph and a ground snow load of 5 lbs. at the time of construction.

Cotton Valley is a part of Webster Parish in northern Louisiana, not far from the Arkansas border. It sits about 20 miles northwest of Minden and about 43.3 miles northeast of Shreveport.

This duel steel home and metal shop building was supplied by Metal Building Outlet in Maurepas, Louisiana.

The Nucor-brand sagebrush colored building with galvalume roof measures 40’x40’x22’ and has a roof pitch of 2:12. The owner of the Louisiana shop/home opted to purchase all framed openings independently.

The building is located in Maurepas about 47 miles from Baton Rouge, LA and 70 miles away from New Orleans, LA.

Metal Building Outlet supplied this steel building in Delmar, Iowa. Delmar is located near the central eastern border of Iowa in Clinton County about 30 miles from Davenport.

This Nucor metal building was purchased in March, 2013 as a garage for a business.  This 40’x70’x12’ building sports a roof with a pitch of 3:12. There are a total of eight framed openings five of which are doors and the remaining three are windows. There is a 10’x12’, two 9’x18’ and two 3’x7’ walkdoors. Finishing out the framed openings are 3 6’x3’ windows.

Metal Building Outlet supplied this metal building in Vail, Iowa.  Located in Crawford County in central western Iowa Vail is about 110 miles from Des Moines.

This huge Nucor machinery storage building has been used by its owner since January, 2011.  This building has a little bit of everything that a metal building can offer with several options for framed openings as well as an energy efficient insulation package for both walls and roof.

The building is a spacious 60’x100’x20′.  The walls of this building are insulated with an R-19 rating and the roof is insulated with an R-32 rating.  The roof of this building has a 2:12 pitch. Featured on this building are three framed openings each used for doors.  The largest of these doors is a 30’x18’ overhead door.  The remaining doors are two 3’x7’ walkdoors.
