Undergoing use as a shop, the building combines rugged durability with impressive energy efficiency, and it has a roof comprised of heavy-duty Galvalume steel paneling sitting overhead that offers a slight 1:12 pitch.

Offering easy access inside the metal shop are (3) framed openings, which include (1) 3070 walk door opening, (1) 12’x14’ overhead door opening harboring (1) 12’x14’ overhead door, and (1) 10’x10’’ opening enclosing (1) 10’x10’ door.
