The exceedingly durable, low-maintenance metal building is crafted from premium-grade steel components, and it boasts a finished size of 60’x100’x12’. It now serves as the area’s Pentecostal Community Church. Covering and protecting the structure is a corrosion-resistant, hardwearing Galvalume metal roof with a 4:12 roof pitch, and inside are (3) framed openings, all of which enclose 3070 walk doors. Additional metal church building features include a snow load of 30 lbs. and a wind speed of 90 mph. These inclusions were made in consideration of the typical climate of the area.

Overhead is a durable, corrosion-resistant galvalume roof with a 4:12 roof pitch, and inside are (6) framed openings: (1) 24’x16’ opening, (1) 16’x14’ opening and (4) 3070 walk doors for convenient user access.

Designed with energy efficiency and interior comfort in mind, the steel building boasts R-19 insulation in both the roof and walls. In consideration of the typical climate and weather patterns experienced in and around Covington, the building is engineered with a wind speed of 90 mph and a snow load of 20 lbs.

Constructed with Nucor Building Systems components, the structure now operates as a shop. With a finished size of 30’x50’x16’ and a 2:12 roof pitch, the pre-engineered metal building is polar white in color, and covered by a Galvalume roof. It features a variety of framed openings, including (2) 14’x14’ overhead doors, (1) 3070 walk door, (2) 3030 fan-framed openings, (2) steel-backed overhead doors and (1) lever-locked walk door.

To enhance energy efficiency and improve user comfort regardless of season, the steel building has R-19 insulation in the roof and R-13 insulation in the walls. In consideration of the climate and seasonal snowfall seen in Cleveland, the building was constructed with a wind speed of 90 mph, and a ground snow load of 25 lbs.

Metal Building Outlet supplied this steel building in Mineral City, Ohio as a shop and storage for a concrete company in Tuscarawas County.  Located about 10 miles from New Philadelphia and Canton, this east central Ohio company purchased this steel building in December, 2013.  The owner uses it to store business equipment and his fleet of concrete trucks.

In order to accommodate the entry and exit of the trucks, this 50’x150’x20’ building features three large overhead doors.  Two of these doors are 14’x14’ and the third overhead door is a 10’x10’ door. Additionally, this building features three walk doors which are 3’x7’. The building has a wind speed rating of 90 MPH and a 20 PSF ground snow load rating.  The roof on this metal building is a 1:12 pitch.
