Serving multiple purposes, the rugged, low-maintenance metal building stands 50’x60’x20’ in size once erect, featuring an open, clear-span design and high overhead clearance. Constructed using premium-quality steel parts, the building stands strong in the face of harsh weather, pests and numerous other construction hazards, while a Polar White-colored roof with a 1.5:12 pitch provides protection from above.

Making the multifunctional metal building easily accessible for users are (9) framed openings in an array of different sizes. Found throughout the metal building are (1) 20’x17’ opening, (1) 3070 walk door opening, (1) 20’x18’ overhead door opening, (1) 12’x14’ overhead door opening and (5) 3’x4’ windows.

A 100-mph wind speed rating serves as another enhancement added in adherence to applicable building codes in place in Henderson. Nevada’s second-largest city, Henderson is located in southern Nevada’s Clark County. Part of the Las Vegas metro area, Henderson lies about 16 miles southeast of La Vegas and about 13 miles outside Paradise, Nevada.

Versatile, sustainable and insulated to maximize energy efficiency, this building stands 40’x60’x14’ in size once erect and currently undergoes use as a shop. It has an attractive, Desert Sand-colored exterior, while its durable, protective roof has a 1:12 pitch and is comprised of corrosion-resistant Galvalume metal.

In its roof and walls, the metal shop has layers of R-13 insulation, which help create a more comfortable work environment while simultaneously lowering energy expenses associated with the property. The metal shop also has (3) framed openings in different size, among them (1) 12’x12’ opening, (1) 3070 walk door opening and (1) 32’x10’ opening. A 10-pound snow load and a 115-mph wind load serve as supplemental accommodations made out of respect for local building codes and the Stagecoach area’s typical climate characteristics.

Metal Building Outlet supplied this pre-engineered metal roof-only building in Fallon, Nevada, in September of 2019.

Comprised of robust, reliable steel components, the roof-only metal building functions as a protective cover, offering optimal defense for stored vehicles, RVs, farm equipment or whatever else the building owner wants to protect from the elements. Once erect, the steel cover stands an expansive 20’x50’x15’ in size and offers the high clearance necessary for storing a wide range of assets.
