Crafted using premium-grade steel components, the hardwearing, large-scale metal building is tan in color, and it now serves as an arena. It boasts a finished size of 120’x240’x16’ once fully erect, and its heavy-duty roof is made of long-lasting, corrosion-resistant Galvalume metal and has a 1:12 pitch.

Inside, the arena features (4) framed openings, which include (2) 3070 openings designed for user entry and access and an additional (2) 12’x14’ openings. A snow load of 5 lbs. and a wind speed rating of 115 mph serve as supplementary features with respect for the weather and climate patterns common throughout Schlater and the surrounding region. The owner of this building uses it for personal use as a shop and reports a very high level of satisfaction in ownership. Located about 80 miles from Jackson and about 20 miles from Hattiesburg. With light stone colored exterior walls and a galvalume roof, this personal shop is attractive, durable and functional. The completed size of the shop is 60’x80’x16’ and the roof has a 1:12 pitch. Metal Building Outlet supplied this steel building in Pascagoula, Mississippi. Pascagoula being near the coast in Jackson County Mississippi is well known for the hurricane force winds that wreak havoc to structures in the area.

The owner was well aware that no building can be guaranteed to stand during a hurricane he did have some extras added to help combat the strong winds. He had additional girt material added to the building, as well as, high wind doors. The steel components were made by Nucor. This particular building was purchased in September 2010 and has been in use since.

It is generously sized at 40’x75’x12’ and has a pitched roof of 1:12. As mentioned previously, this building has a high wind roll up door. This door is rated to withstand winds up to 150 miles per hour and is 12’x10’ in size.

The owner purchased a popular insulation package with R-13 roof and R-10 wall insulation keeping the building comfortable and energy efficient. At 50’x60’x16’ with a 1:12 pitched roof it is the perfect size for the owner’s needs. Also featured on this building are four framed openings, in this case doors. Two of the doors are 12’x14’ and the other two are 3’x7’ in size.

Metal Building Outlet supplied this steel building to Batte & Hollingsworth Lumber CO in Forest, Mississippi. Purchased in September, 2009 it is a sawmill in Scott County.

All of the steel for this sawmill was manufactured by Nucor. This sawmill is large with the dimensions of 80’x150’x24’ and the polar white has a pitch roof of 1:12.
