Metal Building Outlet supplied this steel building in Thomasville, Georgia, in late June, 2014. It now serves as a shop for RTD Construction, which manages water, wastewater and utility construction projects in Georgia, Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee.

Standing 20’x40’x14’, this exceedingly durable steel structure has a Galvalume roof with a 1:12 roof pitch, and (1) 12’x12’ 3070 walk door for easy access. In consideration of the humid subtropical climate of this area of Georgia, the steel building was built with a wind speed of 102 mph.

Thomasville, Georgia, or the “City of Roses,” as it is sometimes called, lies within Thomas County, where it is also the county seat. It is considered the second-largest city in Southwest Georgia, second only to the City of Albany. Thomasville lies about 38 miles from the City of Bainbridge and about 43 miles outside the City of Valdosta.

Metal Building Outlet supplied this steel roof only building in Cornelia, Georgia in March, 2014.  This roof only building is used as storage in Habersham County in northeastern Georgia, about 40 miles from Buford and 75 miles from Atlanta.

The galvalume roof is made with high-quality SteelMax components and has a pitch of 1:12.  The finished size of this covered storage is 40’x50’x16’. To meet the building code and demands of the region it has a wind load of 90 MPH and has a 3.5 PSF snow load.

Metal Building Outlet supplied this steel building in Jeffersonville, Georgia in March, 2014.  Thebuilding is used as a shop in the heart of historic Twiggs County and is about 30 miles from Macon and Dublin.

The SteelMax building has been engineered to the climate of central Georgia with a 93 MPH wind speed load and a 3.5 PSF snow load for the 1:12 pitched galvalume roof. The finished size of this shop is: 40’x80’x22’ and there are 6 large 14’x16’ overhead doors to give access to the interior of this shop.

Steel Building in Dawsonville, Georgia

Metal Building Outlet supplied this steel building in Dawsonville, Georgia, in August, 2013. This Dawson County building is about 25 miles from Gainesville and Oakwood. The owners of this building needed a place on their property to have a shop and additional space for a knitting and sewing room.

The building features many optional showcasing the flexibility of steel building.  It is constructed with high quality Nucor steel components.  Both walls and roof are painted the walls are brick red and the 2:12 pitched roof is light stone.  There are 18” overhangs, gutters and downspouts were also added to the perimeter of the building. Metal Building Outlet supplied this steel building in Gordon, Georgia.The building was ordered in 2012 and used as an auto machine shop. It is located in Gordon, Georgia about 20 miles outside of Macon, GA.  The tan building with galvalume roof has R-13 insulation for the walls and roof.    The insulation is a cost effective way to keep down the cooling cost from the hot and humid weather that is common in central Georgia.

The 40’x60’x12’ metal building was manufactured by Steelmax.  It features a 10’x10’ overhead door and 3’x7’ steel walkdoor. We shipped all necessary components and our customer successfully constructed the new auto shop without any notable challenges or incidents.

Metal Building Outlet supplied this steel building in Gainesville, Georgia. The customer ordered an ash gray with galvalume roof building to be used as a shop in 2012.  He gave us a positive review and reported that he used the structure for storage space as well as a shop after construction.  His shop is located in Gainesville, Georgia about 22 miles from Cumming and 41 miles away from Roswell. Conversely, Roswell, GA is an affluent suburb north of Atlanta.

The 50’x100’x20’ metal building is made by Garco.  It has 2 16’x14’ overhead doors and 2 3’x7’ walkdoors.  The Roof is insulated with R-10 insulation.

Metal Building Outlet supplied this steel building in Lenox, Georgia. The customer ordered a Nucor building to be used as a shop and storage in the town of Lenox, Georgia in 2012.  The light stone w/ galvalume roof building was planned to be constructed 54 miles away from Albany, GA and 14 miles from Tifton, GA.

The 50’x100’x16’ is a Nucor building.  It was designed with 3 12’x14’ overhead doors and 2 3’x7’ walkdoors.
