Now in use as a workshop, the building offers unrivaled strength and durability and stands 40’x40’x10’ in size. Ash Grey in color, it features top-quality steel construction and an open, unobstructed clear-span design, while a hardwearing, corrosion-resistant Galvalume roof with a 2.55:12 offers protection from above.

The workshop features (3) framed openings for easy accessibility, among them (2) 12’x8’ openings and (1) 3070 walk door opening, and it also features a 110-mph wind speed rating; an enhancement made with regard for the climate characteristics of the area and the building code requirements currently in place at the build site.

Part of the East Bay region of the San Francisco Bay area, the city of Brentwood falls within Contra Costa County. The residential and agricultural community sits about 55 miles from San Francisco and about 30 miles east of Walnut Creek.
