Spacious, multifunctional and easy to get into thanks to multiple access points in an array of different sizes, the (2) buildings feature premium-quality steel construction, resulting in unparalleled durability. Used as shops, the buildings differ in size, with the first standing 64’x156’x16’ and the second, 54’x185’x16’.

Both metal workshops feature high overhead clearance and hardwearing Galvalume roofs with 1:12 pitches overhead, and distributed between them are (27) framed openings ranging in terms of size and purpose. Featured are (9) 3’4”x7’2” walk door openings, (14) 3070 walk door openings enclosing (14) 3060 walk doors and (4) windows that allow natural sunlight to enter the workshops.

A 110-mph wind speed rating serves as an additional customization made with respect for local building codes and climate patterns. Part of California’s Merced County, Atwater sits about 8 miles outside the city of Merced and about 64 miles northwest of Fresno.

Metal Building Outlet was the proud supplier of this premanufactured metal building in Sonoma, California, in late October of 2019.

Spacious, secure and multifunctional, the metal building offers optimal strength and durability, standing strong when faced with inclement weather, moisture, pests and other common construction hazards. Used for a number of different purposes, the building is 24’x26’x10’ in size once erect, and it features a broad, clear-span design that makes the most of usable floor space.

The roof of the building is comprised of corrosion-resistant Galvalume steel sheeting and has a 6:12 pitch, and (5) framed openings ranging in size are additional customizations. Distributed throughout the steel building are (1) 3070 walk door opening, (2) 8’x8’ framed openings and (2) 2’x2’ window openings that let natural sunlight enter the space.

Other notable project features include a 115-mph wind speed rating and a 5-pound snow load; inclusions made with respect for Sonoma’s typical climate patterns as well as the building codes in place at the address. Known for being the center of California’s wine region, the city of Sonoma is a part of Sonoma County. It sits about 14 miles west of Napa and about 44 miles north of San Francisco.

Metal Building Outlet supplied this metal building for a customer in Santa Clarita, California, in September of 2014. It is now used as a shop by Modern Equipment Co., a Santa Clarita-based supplier of wholesale electric equipment and supplies.

Standing 40’x60’x16’, the Garco-brand building is saddle tan in color, and is topped with a matching roof with a 4:12 roof pitch. The metal building boasts a total of (10) framed openings, among them (1) 14’x16’ overhead door, (3) 3070 walk doors and (6) 3’x10’ skylight windows.

Santa Clarita generally experiences a mild climate, but is occasionally exposed to monsoon moisture and strong winds. As such, the steel building was constructed with R-13 insulation in the roof, a wind speed of 85 mph and a ground snow load of 43 lbs.

Santa Clarita is the third largest city in Los Angeles County, in Southern California. It lies about 23 miles outside Burbank and about 34 miles from Pasadena.

Constructed entirely from Nucor Building Systems components, the steel building stands 30’x50’x15’, and now serves as a shop. Topped with a Galvalume roof and a 1:12 roof pitch, the building features light stone walls and desert sand-colored doors. It features a total of (4) framed openings, among them (1) 6030 window, (1) 10’x12’ overhead door, (1) 8’x8’ overhead door and (1) 3070 steel walk door.

In consideration of Madera’s relatively mild climate but propensity for strong winds, the metal building was constructed with a wind speed of 110 mph, and R-10 insulation in both the roof and walls.
