Strong, sturdy and built to last, the building has an attractive, Ash Gray-colored exterior, and it stands 12’x20’x10’ in size once raised. Now used for storage purposes, the building features top-of-the-line steel construction, and a durable, corrosion-resistant Galvalume Plus roof sits overhead, boasting a 2.55:12 roof pitch.

The steel storage building features (2) framed openings; (1) 8’x8’ opening and (1) 3’x7’ opening, and it also features several enhancements made to maximize durability given the climate characteristics of the region and the building codes in place at the jobsite. Such customizations include a 25-pound snow load and a 115-mph wind speed rating.

Now used for a variety of purposes, it features a broad, space-maximizing clear-span and high overhead clearance, while a rugged, corrosion-resistant Galvalume roof with a 1:12 pitch sits overhead, offering optimal protection from the elements.

Key features and customizations include (6) framed openings, among them (2) 14’x14’ overhead openings and (4) 4030 window openings that allow natural sunlight to enter the space. An insulation package comprised of R-19 roof insulation and R-13 wall insulation serves as another important customization, and it makes the metal building better-suited for year-round use while lowering energy expenses associated with the structure.

Other accommodations added in adherence to local building codes include a high, 50-pound snow load and a 115-mph wind speed rating. Part of the Elko Micropolitan Statistical Area, Elko falls within northeastern Nevada’s Elko County. The community lies about 6 miles southeast of the city of Elko and just west of Lamoille.

Constructed using hardwearing, high-end steel components, the building delivers unmatched durability, while a heavy-duty Galvalume roof with a 1:12 pitch sits overhead, offering reliable protection from above.

Distributed throughout the multifunctional metal building, making it easily accessible for users, are (9) framed openings, which include (5) 3070 walk door openings, (2) 12’x14’ openings and (2) 10’x10’ openings. A high-performance insulation package comprised of R-30 roof insulation and R-19 wall insulation serves as another notable feature, which helps the building maintain consistent interior temperatures while lowering energy expenses associated with the property.

The building also boasts a 20-pound snow load and a 110-mph wind speed rating; inclusions added in compliance with local building codes and in consideration of the climate patterns typical across Canyonville. Additional notable customizations include a high-performance insulation package, with R-30 insulation installed in the storage building’s roof and R25 insulation installed within the walls, and several enhancements made in compliance with the building codes currently in place at the address.
