Metal Building Outlet supplied these (3) prefabricated steel buildings in Athol, Idaho, in mid-September of 2017.
Together, the (3) buildings create a combination house-and-shop, and they all boast striking, light stone-colored exteriors along with complementing, desert sand-colored metal roofs. The (3) structures differ in size, however, with the first standing 40’x80’x15’, the second, 20’x80’x13’ and the third, 24’x20’x13’. Furthermore, the first building’s roof boasts a 4:12 roof pitch, while the second and third buildings’ roofs have 2:12 pitches.
Distributed among the (3) pre-engineered metal buildings are (10) framed openings varying in size, including (1) 16’x14’ opening, (2) 12’x12’ openings, (2) 6070 openings, (2) 8’x5’ openings, (2) 8’x4’ openings, and, finally, (1) 6’x5’ framed opening. Other accommodations include a 115-mph wind speed rating and a high, 73-pound snow load; features added with respect for the weather and climate characteristics of the Athol area, which is prone to higher-than-average seasonal snowfall.
