Constructed using robust, heavy-duty steel parts, the rugged, multi-use metal building stands an expansive 150’x200’x16’ in size, providing plenty of space to use for work, storage or any number of other purposes. Accommodating and architecturally appealing, the metal building boasts a Light Stone-colored exterior, and overhead, its roof has a 1:12 pitch and is comprised of hardwearing, corrosion-resistant Galvalume panels.
The metal multipurpose building has (2) 12’x10’ ridge vents that improve ventilation and (4) framed openings that make it easily accessible for users, among them (2) 14’x14’ overhead openings and (2) 3070 walk door openings. Other features added with regard for the climate of Eagleville and the building code requirements in place at the property address include a 40-pound snow load and a 110-mph wind speed rating.

Metal Building Outlet secured this premanufactured steel building on behalf of a client in Stanton, Arizona, in early April of 2018.
Both building and roof are comprised of rugged, acrylic-coated Galvalume Plus metal, with the building standing 50’x80’x18’ in size and the hardwearing, corrosion-resistant roof offering a 1:12 pitch. Now used as a multipurpose structure, the building features (5) framed openings that vary in size, among them (2) 10’x10 openings, (2) 3070 walk door openings and (1) 12’x1’ opening.
In consideration of the typical weather and climate characteristics of Stanton and the surrounding Arizona landscape, a 20-pound snow load and a 115-mph wind speed rating serve as supplemental project features. Situated within west-central Arizona’s Yavapai County, Stanton is predominantly a large RV park community. It lies about 24 miles north of Wickenburg and about 90 miles northwest of the city of Phoenix.
