When the owner of B&R Farms was looking to expand his apricot business, he looked to Metal Building Outlet to facilitate a complete metal building kit & component package. Upon completion, this metal building serves as the apricot processing facility and the heart of this unique Californian family farm.
Metal Building Outlet served as the supplier of this prefabricated metal building for a customer in Timmonsville, South Carolina.
Comprised of top-of-the-line steel components and standing 66’x120’17’ in size, the durable, easy-to-maintain metal structure now serves a number of agricultural purposes. A robust, corrosion-resistant Galvalume metal roof with a 1:12 pitch covers and protects its interior elements from overhead, and the building also features several enhancements made in consideration of the weather and climate characteristics of Timmonsville and its outlying areas. A snow load of 10 lbs. serves as an additional project feature, as does a wind speed rating of 115 mph.
A small town set within north-central South Carolina’s Florence County, Timmonsville is a part of the Florence Metropolitan Statistical Area. It lies about 45 miles from Johnsonville and roughly 25 miles outside Lake City.

Now used as an agricultural facility housing poultry and chicken litter for Neal Farms, the spacious, Nucor-brand building stands 50’x100’x12’ and is covered by a durable galvalume roof with a 4:12 roof pitch.
Designed with Arkansas winters and weather patterns in mind, the facility was constructed with a wind speed of 90 mph and a ground snow load of 15 lbs. to ensure maximum durability.
Hindsville is a small town set within Madison County in northwestern Arkansas and is considered part of the Fayetteville–Springdale–Rogers, AR-MO Metropolitan Statistical Area. It sits about 19 miles outside Springdale and 182 miles outside the state capital of Little Rock.
