Metal Building Outlet supplied this pre-engineered steel agricultural building in El Mirage, Arizona, in November of 2019.

Offering ample unobstructed space and steadfast durability, the building makes for an ideal greenhouse, standing 140’x380’x20’ in size. Overhead, a rugged Galvalume roof with a 1:12 pitch provides protection for plants from the often-harsh Arizona elements.

The metal grow house has (2) framed openings allowing for easy access, which include (1) 10’x14’ opening enclosing (1) 10’x14’ overhead door and (1) 3’x7’ framed opening enclosing (1) 3’x7’ walk door. Additional steel agricultural building features include a 115-mph wind speed rating, which enhances durability and adheres to the building code requirements currently applicable in El Mirage.

Part of Maricopa County, the city of El Mirage is located in the West Valley, west of Phoenix. It lies about 25 miles northwest of Phoenix and about 10 miles outside Glendale.

Metal Building in Milford, Indiana

Metal Building Outlet supplied this prefabricated metal building in Milford, Indiana.

The steel structure is a Nucor brand building and was recently ordered to be used for hay storage on a family farm. The structure was relatively large with dimensions of 80’x160’x22′ and a roof pitch of 3:12.

Milford is located approximately 41 miles away from the city of South Bend and 12 miles away from the town of Warsaw. Given the typical climate conditions in the area it was necessary to account for wind and snow to ensure structural integrity.  The structure was rated to withstand 90mph wind loads and a snow load of 30psf.  Since the white structure would be used to store hay insulation was not necessary.

Metal Building in Brazil, Indiana

In 2011, this Nucor brand steel building was purchased from Metal Building Outlet to be used for farm equipment storage in Brazil, Indiana.

Located approximately 61 miles away from Indianapolis, the storage unit was 60’x100’x16′ with a roof pitch of 1:12.  The structure had several framed openings including an 18×14 openings, a 14×14 opening, two 3×3 windows and a 3×7 walkdoor.  To combat typical climate conditions in Indiana, R-10 roof insulation and R-19 wall insulation was also installed.

Steel Building in Red Bud, Illinois

In 2012, this Central States brand building was purchased from Metal Building Outlet by a cattle business that specialized in Angus Beef sales.  The building was shipped to Red Bud, Illinois which is located about 35 miles from Belleville and 123 miles from Mt. Vernon.

The specs for the all-white structure are 60’x150’x16′ with a roof pitch of 1:12.  In addition, the structure also had two 20×14 overhead door framed openings.  The steel building is used for storage.

Steel Building in Geneva, Indiana

Metal Building Outlet supplied this steel building in Geneva, Indiana in June, 2013.  This agricultural building is in Wabash Township, Adams County (extreme north central Indiana) – about 100 miles from Indianapolis and about 40 miles from Ft. Wayne. The building is used as a hay and straw barn.

After being erected and in use for some time, the building suffered a fire and replacement components were ordered and sent. Both end walls on the barn are open. The side walls are polar white and it has a 1:12 pitched galvalume roof.  All metal components of this building are made by Garco. The finished size of this barn is: 40’x100’x16’. It is rated for wind load of 90 MPH and a snow load of 16.8 PSF.

Metal Building in Sioux Center, Iowa

Metal Building Outlet supplied this metal building in Sioux Center, Iowa.  Located in western Iowa about 60 miles from Sioux Falls, Sioux Center is a small town in Sioux County.

Purchased in June, 2012, this red Nucor roof only shed is used to store farm equipment protecting it from the elements.  Measuring 40’x80’x12’ and with a roof pitch of 2:12, there is ample space for farm equipment underneath the sturdy roof.

Metal Barn Building in Moscow, Idaho

Metal Building Outlet supplied this steel building in Moscow, Idaho in March, 2014.  This building is used as a barn in Latvah County in extreme northwestern Idaho and is about 30 miles from Lewiston and 80 miles from Spokane.

This metal agricultural building is comprised of high quality Nucor parts and features red exterior walls and a gray roof. The finished dimensions of this barn are: 36’x56’x12’ and the roof has a 6:12 pitch. This building is rated for wind speeds of up to 90 MPH and has a snow load rating of 64 PSF.

The barn has several doors and windows giving easy access to the interior.  Included are: (1) 12’x9’ overhead door, (1) 12’x9’ sliding door, (2) 3’x7’ walk doors and (10) 2’x2’ windows.
