Steel Building in Fayetteville, Arkansas

Metal Building Outlet supplied this pre-engineered steel building in Fayetteville, Arkansas, in early September, 2016.

Energy efficient and low maintenance, the building is saddle tan in color and boasts a complementing, crimson-red roof with a 2:12 pitch overhead. Now serving as a shop for the owner, the building stands 100’x60’x16’ in size when fully erect. It has (6) framed openings inside, which include (1) 16’x12’ opening, (1) 9’x7’ opening and (4) 3860 framed openings.

To minimize energy bills associated with the structure, the shop building features an insulation package. Installed in the roof is R-19 metal building insulation, while R-13 insulation can be found within the walls. A snow load of 10 lbs. and a wind speed rating of 115 mph serve as additional features and were included with respect for the typical climate of Fayetteville and the surrounding region.

Arkansas’ third-largest city, Fayetteville is a part of Washington County, in the northwestern corner of the state. The city is situated about 71 miles outside Ozark and 9 miles from Springdale.

Attractive, low maintenance and energy efficient, the building boasts a combination of light stone and burnished slate-colored paint. Crafted from top-of-the-line steel components, the building stands 30’x40’x10’ in size. Its hardwearing, corrosion-resistant roof is made of Galvalume metal and has a 3:12 roof pitch, and inside it are (2) framed openings. Included is (1) 10’x8’ opening enclosing (1) 10’x8’ Series 2400 sectional door and (1) 3070 opening holding (1) 3070 commercial walk door. To considerably reduce energy bills associated with the shop while improving interior comfort and limiting outside noise, R-10 insulation is installed within the building’s roof and walls. A wind speed rating of 115 mph and a snow load of 30 lbs. serve as additional project features and were included to enhance durability with respect for the weather and climate patterns common throughout the region.

A part of east-central Arkansas’ Monroe County, Brinkley is situated within the Arkansas Delta. It lies about 75 miles outside Jonesboro and 73 miles from Pine Bluff.

Now used as an agricultural facility housing poultry and chicken litter for Neal Farms, the spacious, Nucor-brand building stands 50’x10’0x12’ and is covered by a durable galvalume roof with a 4:12 roof pitch.

Designed with Arkansas winters and weather patterns in mind, the facility was constructed with a wind speed of 90 mph and a ground snow load of 15 lbs. to ensure maximum durability.

Hindsville is a small town set within Madison County in northwestern Arkansas and is considered part of the FayettevilleSpringdaleRogers, AR-MO Metropolitan Statistical Area. It sits about 19 miles outside Springdale and 182 miles outside the state capital of Little Rock.

Steel Shop Building in West Fork, Arkansas

Metal Building Outlet supplied this prefabricated steel building for a contractor in West Fork, Arkansas, in November of 2012. It is now used as a personal backyard shop.

Constructed from Nucor Building Systems components, the metal building is green in color, and is topped with a Galvalume roof with a 2:12 roof pitch. It features R-29 insulation in the roof and R-13 insulation in the walls, both of which offer high thermal resistance while simultaneously improving interior comfort and reducing energy costs.

Boasting a finished size of 30’x60’x14’, the steel building has a total of (4) framed openings. These include (1)12’x12’ door, (1) 3’x7’ walk door and (2) 4’x3’ windows.

The City of West Fork is located within Washington County in northwestern Arkansas, and is considered a part of the FayettevilleSpringdaleRogers, AR-MO Metropolitan Statistical Area. It lies about 24 miles from Springdale and 12 miles outside Fayetteville.

Metal Building Outlet supplied this steel building in Concord, Arkansas. This Garco building was purchased by a Cleburne County contractor and resold to another buyer to be used on his personal property, about 30 miles from scenic Mountain View and about 20 miles from Batesville.

This 60’x100’x16’ shop building features light stone walls and a galvalume roof with a 1:12 pitch. The building has three 12’x14’ overhead doors, an 8’x9’ overhead door and a 3’x7’ walk door.  The building is rated to handle winds up to 90 MPH and a ground snow load of 20 PSF.

Steel Building in Fort Smith, Arkansas

Metal Building Outlet supplied this steel building in Fort Smith, Arkansas. It is a shop, showroom and office for a Sebastian County RV dealership, Bear Hollow RV.  This building is about five minutes from both Van Buren and Barling.

Bear Hollow RV purchased this 54’x46’x16’ building in December, 2013.  The owner of this building selected a painted roof upgrade for the 3:12 pitched roof. To accommodate the RVs, two of the doors for this building are 12’x14’.  The entrance for the customers is 6’x7’ and there is a 6’x4’ window. This metal building has a wind load of 90 MPH and a ground snow load of 10 PSF.
