Metal Building Outlet supplied this prefabricated steel building designed as an Equestrian Riding Arena in Poolville, Texas, in late May of 2015.

Constructed from exceedingly durable, high-end components, the large, spacious building is now used as an arena stands 120’x150’x16’ in size and is covered with a galvalume roof with a 1:12 pitch. Inside the arena building are (3) framed openings, which include (2) 12’x14’ openings and (1) 3070 walk door for convenient user access.

With respect to the typical climate of Poolville, which is prone to high temperatures and evenly distributed precipitation throughout the year, the building is constructed with a wind speed of 15 mph and a snow load of 5 lbs.

An unincorporated community in northern Texas’ Parker County, Poolville lies about 93 miles outside Garland and about 60 miles from Irving.

Horse Riding Arena in Red Rock, Texas

Metal Building Outlet supplied this pre-engineered steel building in Red Rock, Texas, in April of 2015.

Now used as a horse riding arena, the hard-wearing, low-maintenance building is 100’x120’x14’ in size and covered by a galvalume steel roof with a 1:12 roof pitch. Inside are (3) framed openings, all of which house one of (3) 12’x12’ roll-coil doors.

With respect to the typical climate and weather patterns of the Red Rock area and the surrounding region, the arena building is engineered with a wind speed of 115 mph and a snow load of 5 lbs.

An unincorporated community in Texas’ Bastrop County, Red Rock is located about 82 miles outside of San Antonio and about 35 miles from the Texas State Capitol in Austin.

Metal Building Outlet supplied this pre-engineered steel building in Anna, Texas, in early April of 2015.

Boasting bright white paint, the building is crafted from premium steel components, and now operates as a shop for the owner. It stands 70’x140’x16’ when fully erect and is covered by a hard-wearing galvalume steel roof with a 1:12 roof pitch. Inside the shop building are (18) framed openings that vary in size and function. Included are (6) 14’x14’ openings, (2) 3070 walk doors, (2) 3050 windows and an additional (8) 3’x10’ skylights to maximize the presence of natural sunlight inside.

With the typical climate of the Anna area in mind, which is characterized by relatively hot temperatures evenly distributed precipitation throughout the year, a wind speed of 115 and a ground snow load of 5 lbs. were engineered during construction.

A part of northeastern Texas’ Collin County, Anna sits about 56 miles from Gainesville and 26 miles from Plano, TX.

The building boasts a Galvalume arched roof, and is now used as a shop by its owner. Crafted using Central Storage Works building components, the prefabricated metal building stands 45’x72’x17’, and contains (2) framed openings, (1) 14’x14’ in size and the other, 20’x14’.

Burnet and its surrounding areas experience a humid-subtropical climate characterized by hot, humid summers with occasionally strong storm activity and virtually no dry season. With this in mind, the Texas steel building was designed with a high wind speed of 125 mph and a snow load of 35 lbs.

A city and county seat of Burnet County in central Texas, the City of Burnet sits about 53 miles outside Killeen and 38 miles from Georgetown.

Metal Building Outlet supplied this steel building for a customer in Alvin, Texas in August of 2014.

Sagebrush in color and topped with a Galvalume roof, the prefabricated metal building has a 4:12 roof pitch and is now used as a shop. Boasting a finished size of 36’x40’x14’, the metal building features (5) framed openings, including (3) 9’x10’, (1) 12’x12’ and (1) 3070 20-gauge insulated walk door.

Designed to be exceedingly strong and durable regardless of weather conditions, the steel building was constructed with a wind speed of 144 mph.

The City of Alvin is located within Brazoria County, in Eastern Texas. Considered a part of the Houston-The Woodlands – Sugar Land metropolitan area, Alvin lies about 33 miles outside Galveston and 30 miles from Sugar Land.

Washington County, Texas is considered a part of the Brenham, Texas Micropolitan Statistical Area, which in turn is a part of the Houston-The Woodlands Metropolitan Statistical Area. It lies within east-central Texas, and is about 80 miles from Houston and 20 miles from Brenham.
