Steel Building in Kailua-Kona, Hawaii

Metal Building Outlet supplied this prefabricated steel building for a customer in Kailua-Kona, Hawaii in December of 2014.

Both low maintenance and exceedingly durable, the Hawaii metal building features eye-catching light stone-colored paint and a matching roof with a 1:12 roof pitch. Now used as a shop by the owner, the Garco-brand building stands 30’x50’x14’, and features (3) framed openings. These include (2) 12’x12’ roll-coil doors and (1) 3’x7’ commercial-grade walk door.

Kailua-Kona enjoys a tropical semi-arid climate characterized by hot, humid summers and little precipitation, and with this in mind, the pre-engineered metal building was constructed with a wind speed of 105 mph to ensure maximum durability.

Kailua-Kona is a census-designated place located within Hawaii County on the Big Island of Hawaii. It sits about 77 miles from Hilo and 39 miles outside Waimea.

Steel Shop Building in Kamuela, Hawaii

Metal Building Outlet supplied this prefabricated steel building for a buyer in Kamuela, Hawaii, in August of 2015.

Boasting bold, koko-brown paint, the rugged and durable Garco metal building is now used as a shop by the owner. It boasts a finished size of 50’x60’x16′, and it is protected and covered overhead by a hard-wearing, long-lasting Galvalume metal roof with a 2:12 pitch. Included in the building are (7) framed openings, (4) of which are 12’x12’ in size and house accompanying 12’x12’ roll-up doors, and another (3) openings that house (3) 3070 walk doors.

Kamuela, Hawaii, enjoys a warm, Mediterranean climate; therefore the metal building is designed with a wind speed of 115 mph.

Kamuela, Hawaii, is also referred to as Waimea. A census-designated place set within Hawaii County, Kamuela/Waimea sits about 55 miles outside Hilo and about 40 miles from Kailua-Kona.
