Metal Building Outlet supplied this steel building in Adel, Georgia in January, 2014.  Used for storage in Cook Countythe metal building is constructed from high quality SteelMax components.  This storage building is about 60 miles from Albany and about 30 miles from Valdosta in South Central Georgia.

This building features two overhead doors (12’x14’) and two 3’x7’ walk doors (frame and trim)  for entry into the 60’x100’x16’ structure. It has a wind rating of 90 MPH and snow load rating 10 PSF that meets the local codes and makes the building durable at an affordable price.

As attractive as it is practical, this storage building’s exterior walls and roof (2:12 pitch) are both ox gray.  Both the walls and roof are insulated with a single layer of fiberglass insulation.  This optional upgrade saves money and makes the building more energy efficient.  The walls are insulated with a layer of 6” R-19 and the roof is insulated with a layer of 4” R-14 fiberglass insulation.

Some of our jobs are more memorable in the various circumstances of the work.  Due to freezing rain and other weather concerns, the delivery of the prefabricated steel building components needed an emergency last-minute rescheduling.  The owner of this building was so pleased with the service which he received; he has indicated that he will be purchasing more buildings from Metal Building Outlet in the future.
