Steel Building in Hermosillo, Mexico

This 120’ x 125’ x 20’ Butler brand used metal building was purchased through Metal Building Outlet in 2012. It serves double-duty as a shop and warehouse in Hermosillo, Mexico. Hermosillo is about 467 miles outside Chihuahua and 542 miles from Tijuana. Nearby notable communities include Miguel Alemán, San Pedro el Saucito, Bahía Kino, Kino Nuevo, La Victoria and La Manga.

This single-slope steel building with a center column is fully sided. It has one roll-up door and one walk door. The building constructed with a 90 mph wind speed. Originally located – but never erected – in Gilbert, Arizona. This structure was shipped by the San Diego-based consumer to Hermosillo, a city in the northwestern Mexican state of Sonora.

Hermosillo has long been a Mexican manufacturing hotspot, and is widely regarded as the primary economic center of the region.
