Boasting appealing pearl-white paint, the building is now used as a shop by the owner. It stands 30’x50’x12’ when fully erect, and is covered overhead by a galvalume steel roof with a 1:12 pitch. The shop building features include (2) framed openings, both of which house one of (2) 3070 walk doors for convenient entry and access.

With respect to the typical climate patterns of Alvin and neighboring areas, which are characterized by hot, humid summers and relatively mild winters, the shop building is engineered with a wind speed of 140 mph.

With respect to the typical climate of Bandera and the surrounding region, which is characterized by long, hot summers, cool winters and evenly distributed rainfall throughout the year, the metal shop building is constructed with a wind speed of 115 mph and a snow load of 5 lbs.

Nicknamed the “Cowboy Capital of the World,” the small town of Bandera is a part of the San Antonio Metropolitan Statistical Area and lies within Bandera County, in central Texas. The town lies about 54 miles outside San Antonio and about 118 miles from the Texas State Capitol in Austin.

An unincorporated community in Texas’ Bastrop County, Red Rock is located about 82 miles outside of San Antonio and about 35 miles from the Texas State Capitol in Austin.

Boasting bright white paint, the building is crafted from premium steel components, and now operates as a shop for the owner. It stands 70’x140’x16’ when fully erect and is covered by a hard-wearing galvalume steel roof with a 1:12 roof pitch. Inside the shop building are (18) framed openings that vary in size and function. Included are (6) 14’x14’ openings, (2) 3070 walk doors, (2) 3050 windows and an additional (8) 3’x10’ skylights to maximize the presence of natural sunlight inside.

With the typical climate of the Anna area in mind, which is characterized by relatively hot temperatures evenly distributed precipitation throughout the year, a wind speed of 115 and a ground snow load of 5 lbs. were engineered during construction.

A part of northeastern Texas’ Collin County, Anna sits about 56 miles from Gainesville and 26 miles from Plano, TX.

Steel Building in Godley, Texas

Used as a shop, the metal building is 40’x60’x14’ in size and is covered overhead by a durable, corrosion-resistant galvalume roof with a 1:12 pitch. The building boasts (2) 12’x12’ framed openings, both of which enclose one of (2) 12’x12’ insulated sectional garage doors. Also included in the building project is (1) 3070 walk door and (6) 24’x6’ garage door windows to maximize natural sunlight inside.

 

In consideration of the typical climate of the Godley area, the shop building was engineered with a wind speed of 90 mph and a snow load of 3.5 lbs. at the time of construction.

 

A part of north-central Texas’ Johnson County, the small city of Godley is home to about 1,000 people. It sits about 147 miles from Abilene and 30 miles outside Fort Worth.

The building boasts a Galvalume arched roof, and is now used as a shop by its owner. Crafted using Central Storage Works building components, the prefabricated metal building stands 45’x72’x17’, and contains (2) framed openings, (1) 14’x14’ in size and the other, 20’x14’.

Burnet and its surrounding areas experience a humid-subtropical climate characterized by hot, humid summers with occasionally strong storm activity and virtually no dry season. With this in mind, the Texas steel building was designed with a high wind speed of 125 mph and a snow load of 35 lbs.

A city and county seat of Burnet County in central Texas, the City of Burnet sits about 53 miles outside Killeen and 38 miles from Georgetown.
