Metal Building Outlet supplied this steel building in Roanoke, Virginia.  Purchased in January, 2013 this Roanoke County building is about 55 miles from Lynchburg and 190 miles from Richmond.

This steel building is used as a storage building and is 50’x60’x16’.  There are four entrances, two of which are 14’x14’ overhead doors and the remaining two are 3’x7’ walk-through doors. The building has a wind load of 90 MPH and roof snow loads of 17.5 PSF and 25 PSF ground snow load. Gutters were also ordered with the building.  We helped the owner worked extensively with his local building department to receive all building permits to allow this building to be assembled as planned.

Farm Equipment Metal Storage Building in Muldrow, Oklahoma

Metal Building Outlet supplied this steel building in Muldrow, Oklahoma in March, 2014.  It is being used to store farm equipment and other machinery.  Situated on the western border of Oklahoma and Arkansas, this building is about 170 miles from the capitols of both states – Oklahoma City and Little Rock.  This building was completed using SteelMax prefabricated steel components.

This machinery storage building is 80’x100’x14’ and has a galvalume roof with a 2:12 pitch. In order to move the equipment in and out of the building, there are three doors (2) 14’x14’ overhead doors and a 3’x7’ walk door. The building also features a 4’x3’ window.

To meet the demands of the climate in Sequoia County it is rated for wind speeds up to 90 MPH and has a snow load of 7 PSF for the roof.

Metal Building Outlet supplied this steel building in Wiggins, Colorado in May, 2014.  Occasionally, after purchasing a metal building, the original owner forfeits the building due to various reasons, including the inability to receive proper building approval, etc.  This building was one which had been forfeited by the original owner and due to this, Metal Building Outlet was able to provide this building as a warehouse for the current owner at a significant discount. Additionally, Metal Building Outlet was able to offer assistance on freight for these Nucor components.

With instances such as these, there may be issues with getting the building up to code, since it may have been ordered for another purpose, with different specs and often with different requirements to meet local building codes. Our experts can help by working with the building department (as we did in this instance) to reduce headaches and meet all of your local building codes.

To meet the demands of this building in north eastern Morgan county (about 15 miles from Ft. Metal Building Outlet supplied this steel building in Glendale, Arizona in February, 2014.  This building features steel components from Garco and is used as a shop, located about 140 miles from Flagstaff and about 125 miles from Tucson in Maricopa County.

This metal shop is 60’x60’x16’ and has been personalized with five entrances.  Of these, three are high quality overhead doors (2) 10’x8’ and (1) 12’x14’). The remaining two  doors are 3’x7’ walk doors.

The roof for this shop are galvalume and have a 1:12 pitch.  All of our buildings can be customized for the climate with optional insulation ,as well as, wind and snow loads to meet building codes or personal preferences.  This building in Southwestern is rated for wind speed for up to 90 MPH.
