Now used as a shop by the owners, the steel structure is crafted from premium Nucor Building Systems components and boasts a durable metal roof with a 4:12 roof pitch. Among its features are (3) framed openings; (1) 10’x14’ opening, (1) 12’x8’ opening and (1) 3070 walk door.
Nederland experiences a highly variable climate characterized by long, sometimes bitterly cold winters and substantial snowfall. With the region’s typical climate and weather patterns in consideration, the steel building was built with a ground snow load of 50 lbs. and a high wind speed of 135 mph.
Situated in the mountains of southwest Boulder County, Nederland sits about 17 miles from Boulder and 30 miles outside Golden.

Now used as a shop, the low-maintenance building is made from durable Nucor Building Systems components, and it stands 30’x50’12’ with a 3:12 roof pitch. Building features include a heavy-duty galvalume roof and (4) framed openings, which include (1) 3070 walk door, (1) 10’x12’ opening and (2) 4040 windows to maximize natural sunlight inside.
Cottonwood is prone to a sunny, mild climate with little to no snowfall and occasional strong winds. With this in consideration, the shop was built with a wind speed of 110 mph. A census-designated place in Northern California’s Shasta County, Cottonwood sits about 99 miles outside Yuba City and 16 miles from Redding.

Now used as an agricultural facility housing poultry and chicken litter for Neal Farms, the spacious, Nucor-brand building stands 50’x100’x12’ and is covered by a durable galvalume roof with a 4:12 roof pitch.
Designed with Arkansas winters and weather patterns in mind, the facility was constructed with a wind speed of 90 mph and a ground snow load of 15 lbs. to ensure maximum durability.
Hindsville is a small town set within Madison County in northwestern Arkansas and is considered part of the Fayetteville–Springdale–Rogers, AR-MO Metropolitan Statistical Area. It sits about 19 miles outside Springdale and 182 miles outside the state capital of Little Rock.

Fox gray in color, the metal building is constructed from Nucor Building Systems components, and boasts a finished size of 80’x100’x22’. Covered by a Galvalume roof with a 1.5:12 roof pitch, the building is now used as a shop by the owner.

The building boasts a Galvalume arched roof, and is now used as a shop by its owner. Crafted using Central Storage Works building components, the prefabricated metal building stands 45’x72’x17’, and contains (2) framed openings, (1) 14’x14’ in size and the other, 20’x14’.
Burnet and its surrounding areas experience a humid-subtropical climate characterized by hot, humid summers with occasionally strong storm activity and virtually no dry season. With this in mind, the Texas steel building was designed with a high wind speed of 125 mph and a snow load of 35 lbs.
A city and county seat of Burnet County in central Texas, the City of Burnet sits about 53 miles outside Killeen and 38 miles from Georgetown.
