Rugged, economical and sustainable, the building, which now functions as a shop, boasts premium-quality steel construction and a striking, Sagebrush Tan exterior. Following a simple erection process, it stands 44’x42’x16’ in size, while a roof comprised of Galvalume metal panels provides protection from above while offering a 4:12 roof pitch.

Enhancing building accessibility are (5) framed openings ranging in size, among them (1) 12’x14’ opening, (1) 12’x12’ opening, (1) 8’x8’ opening, (1) 3’x7’ opening and (1) 4’x4’ opening. A 25-pound snow load and a 120-mph wind speed rating serve as additional accommodations made in consideration of the climate characteristics common in and around Bend. Situated along central Oregon’s Deschutes River, Bend lies along the eastern edge of the Cascade Range. In consideration of the typical weather and climate characteristics of Stanton and the surrounding Arizona landscape, a 20-pound snow load and a 115-mph wind speed rating serve as supplemental project features. Situated within west-central Arizona’s Yavapai County, Stanton is predominantly a large RV park community. It lies about 24 miles north of Wickenburg and about 90 miles northwest of the city of Phoenix.
