Attractive, multifunctional and easy to maintain, the building now undergoes use as a shop. Comprised of high-end, heavy-duty steel components, it stands 40’x80’x12’ in size upon erection and offers a wide clear span that frees up more usable square footage inside. Charcoal Grey in color, the building has a rugged, hardwearing Galvalume metal roof with a 3:12 pitch overhead, and (4) framed openings serve as supplemental customizations. Included are (2) 12’x10’ openings, (1) 12’x12’ opening and (1) 3070 walk door opening.
A 10-pound snow load and a 115-mph wind speed rating are additional shop features added in compliance with local building code requirements and in consideration of the Kodak area’s typical weather conditions. Part of Sevier County, in east-central Tennessee, Kodak sits about 22 miles east of Knoxville and about 10 miles outside Wooddale, Tennessee.

Durable, sustainable and designed to last for generations, the building features top-quality steel construction, and it stands 32’x80’x14’ in size. Currently used as a shop, the building features a broad, space-maximizing clear span, while a rugged, corrosion-resistant Galvalume roof with a 3:12 pitch provides protection from above.
Workshop customizations include (7) framed openings, among them (2) 3’4”x7’2” openings, (1) 20’x10’ opening and (4) 3’x10’8” openings, and several accommodations made in adherence to local building codes and in consideration of the Alpine area’s typical climate patterns. Such enhancements include a 115-mph wind speed rating and a high, 45-pound snow load.
Located along the slopes of the Wasatch Mountain Range, the city of Alpine is a part of north-central Utah’s Utah County. The community sits about 32 miles south of Salt Lake City and about 20 miles south of Sandy.
