The metal farm building features an attractive Saddle Tan exterior that matches well with the surrounding property, and an insulation package serves as another notable customization, helping the building maintain comfortable temperatures, regardless of time of year. In its roof, the steel farm building has a layer of R-19 fiberglass insulation, while a layer of R-13 insulation sits within the building’s walls.

Serving a number of different purposes, the versatile, multifunctional metal building is 70’x90’x16’ in size and has a wide clear span that provides unobstructed space for equipment, storage, manufacturing or any number of other uses. Ash Gray in color, the steel building stands tall when faced with heavy rain, salt, strong winds and other Florida construction hazards, while a heavy-duty Galvalume roof with a 1:12 pitch offers protection from above.
The metal multi-use building has (6) framed openings throughout, and these include (4) 12’x12’ openings and (2) 3070 openings. It also has (4) 12’x10’ ridge vents, which help release heat and humidity, making for a more comfortable interior environment. The steel shop also has a 160-mph wind speed rating; an inclusion made in compliance with any building codes effective at the property address.

Used for miscellaneous purposes, it has a rugged, corrosion-resistant steel roof with a 1:12 pitch overhead, offering reliable protection from the elements, pests and other sources of damage. It also counts (5) 10’x12’ ridge vents among its key features, which help extend the life of the roof while improving the building’s energy efficiency.
Also making the metal shop highly energy efficient is a high-performance insulation package. The steel shop has a layer of R-29 insulation in its roof, while another layer of R-25 insulation sits within its walls. While it helps lower energy costs, the insulation package also helps with noise control and creates a more comfortable environment for shop users.
